I have a habit of vaping that just won't die. This product has been a great alternative to ween off nicotine. It's takes a few minutes, but I feel withdrawal symptoms abating pretty quickly.One drawback is that the amount is pretty low. I offered a friend a patch, because we were on a road trip. I smoked daily in the morning with a coffee, he smokes every few hours. He needed two patches (8 squares) to not want to vomit.

The big deal for me is that they stick to my skin well whether I'm dry or working outside and sweating a lot. I like that each patch is easily divided into quarters. I further cut mine down into eighths.

The product does not work. Don’t buy. No reduction in nicotine cravings. I bought it to compare it with other expensive brands which i used in past like EQuate and Nicorette.

These are the first nicotine patches I've tried in an effort to quit vaping. I was worried that these would be fake Chinese rip offs, but after sticking a full sized patch (larger than I expected) on to test the strength I can confirm that they're real! After withdrawing for the past 2 days these finally arrived. I stuck one on and within the first 20 minutes I could feel a slight tingle and heat on my arm where I stuck the patch. Now (hour later) I don't feel the desire to reach for a vape and I feel the alertneas and relaxation that comes with nicotine. The patch sticks well to the arm as long as the area is clean and oil/lotion free. So far so good. The full sized patch is probably too high of a dose for me. I will update if my opinion changes.

Works well unless you're allergic to latex. Caused severe itching especially after patch was removed!

13 months and I still want to go buy a pack of smokes-lol! But, with these & an additional nicotine product (most tobacco products have considerably higher nicotine levels) so, depending on what your Md or pulmonologist recommends- mine essentially said that my body will tell me (nausea primarily) if you’re ingesting too much. But, everyone is different on every level. I would have given this product 3.5 stars- depending on where you place the patch (and what level of sweating you do in a 24hr period) they will fall off in a few hours or will still be 30-50% attached. I’ve lowered my additional nicotine products considerably in the past year. And the primary reason I purchased this product is due to it being perforated so once I’m able to discontinue the other products I won’t have to worry about cutting them. Either way, best of luck on your journey. Quitting smoking is probably the biggest way you can improve your quality of life- that said, even with this & the additional nicotine products- it’s still been one of the hardest things I’ve done. These are great patches. I haven’t smoked in three days. I love that you can break them into pieces to lower your dose so you don’t have to buy more. The perforation works very well, so they’re very easy to separate. Someone mentioned that they don’t stick well. I haven’t had any problems with them sticking. In fact, I woke up this morning to realize that I had forgotten to take yesterday‘s patch off, and it was still on my arm. With that being said, you do have to be careful not to pinch too much of the corners as you’re taking it off the plastic because whatever part you do touch before applying won’t stick as well. But as long as you can grab Just the tiniest bit of the corners with your fingernails maybe or even use some tweezers then you won’t have any problems. The nicotine sensation you get from patches and gums isn’t overwhelming with these patches, yet works to curb my cravings well. I use nicotine gum for breakthrough cravings.** I did NOT receive this item for free. I’m just someone who likes to save a buck and I really like this product. I would buy again, but hopefully I won’t have to.
