I was a little hesitant about buying a renewed phone, but this Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra exceeded my expectations. It arrived in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or signs of wear. It honestly looked almost brand new.The phone was easy to set up, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. The display is bright and vibrant, performance is incredibly fast, and the battery easily lasts through a full day of normal use. The cameras take amazing photos, and the 512GB of storage gives me plenty of room for apps, videos, and pictures.Being unlocked is another big plus since it gives you the flexibility to use the carrier of your choice.Overall, this was an outstanding value compared to buying new. If you're considering a renewed Galaxy S24 Ultra, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one. It has been a fantastic purchase.

Samsung pretty well smashed it, no surprise there. Display is clean. Lots of customization, allowing you to optimize the battery, the performance, the visuals or anything you want really. Google is a little bit obnoxious with Gemini, hid the original assistant deep in the settings, but that's no fault of Samsung. In fact I appreciate just how easily you can swap Bixby for Google.

Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying... after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it's a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret.My wife's phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I'd need to repair the phone which would cost more than it's worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it's stressful to suddenly be locked out.

If I could leave zero Stars I would! Do not order from this company. They will ship it to a different address and even with the FedEx delivery Picture as proof that the cellphone was delivered to the wrong address. Chubbiestech will call me a liar and offer zero help to relocate the cellphone. They will refuse to refund me my money. I had to file a police report with Rochester Police department and FedEx claim. It's now going on 4 weeks of Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech causing me chest pain, sleepless night and extreme anxiety over the cell phone.They keep telling me as the customer it my responsibility to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address. Meanwhile my correct address is on the original shipping order!I have a email confirmation from Amazon that my address is the correct shipping address.Amazon has repeatedly lied to me regarding this cellphone matter. I have several printers conversation with different Amazon customers services supervisor who promised me a full refund and I never received the refund.Amazon investigation department's said that my a to z claim was denied twice due to the fact that Amazon said that the cellphone was delivered to the correct address!Meanwhile the cellphone was only retrieved by the Rochester Police department from the wrong address that FedEx delivery it to!⁰Someone else had the cellphone for 3 weeks! I have no idea what the individual who had the cellphone did to the cellphone.Amazon blames FedEx, FedEx blames Chubbiestech and Amazon.For some reason they all think that it's the customer responsible to fixed the mess they never created.Why should a customer have to go through this?I only wanted to order a cellphone and have it delivery to my correct address. It's 4 weeks now I have to file a claim with my bank, attorney general office and the better business bureau. If I didn't experience this I would never believe that Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech would treat a customer so horribly. I am probably have to fill a small claim the court house to get my refund. That my next steps.I have solid proof that Amazon denied my A to z claim because they claim that the cell phone was delivered to the correct address. I cleared prove that was not true. I printed every conversation with Amazon and Chubbiestech out. Hopefully a judge can help me resolve this situation.They fused to help me resolve this problem. The seller only said that FedEx said it was delivered to the correct address. Amazon refused to help me resolve this on going issue.So unless you want to be called a liar.Unless you have plenty of time to chase down a missing packages and time to call Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech a million times. Unless you have plenty of time to file FedEx delivery claim,police reports, bank claim , attorney general office claim, Better business bureau claims and a small claim to court file.This company will only steal your money but you will not get the product that you paid for! Don't order anything from them!

So far it's been 12 hours since iv had the phone. I was told it was unlocked but it wasn't. The carrier was at&t. I had to unlock the phone my self otherwise the phone so far is amazing. I'll post another review soon

I was a little nervous about buying a renewed phone, but I'm extremely happy with this purchase.The phone arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly. It only has a couple of very small scratches on the bottom edge that are barely noticeable and do not affect the overall appearance.The display is flawless, the cameras are outstanding, and the battery life has been excellent. Everything works exactly as it should.I also carefully inspected the phone and found no signs of previous repairs, replaced internal components, or tampering. It feels and performs like a genuine Samsung device.I was especially happy to receive the SM-S928U1 Factory Unlocked model, which is Samsung's official factory unlocked version and works perfectly with my carrier.Overall, the phone looks and performs almost like new. It was packaged well, arrived safely, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

I have had this phone now for 2 whole days. It works amazing with google fi service. If my other phone would not have been completely smashed transfer of all my pictures and contacts would have been easier. But that is not this phones fault. The screen, touch sensitivity, camera, are all amazing and work as they should. I am so glad I bought this phone instead of paying full price for a new one. I only noticed one small scratch and once I put my lens protector on the back cameras you don't even know it was there. I was not on the lense just the metal around the lense. The next time I upgrade my phone or my husbands I will buy from them again.

It's a great upgrade for me coming from the s21 ultra, to this s24 ultra. I'm really loving this phone. It's so fast and smooth. I'm really liking it so far. Transferring my Visible Esim took a minute. And transferring everything via Samsung Smart switch. Within a couple of hours and I was fully running on the new phone already.
