This is the perfect little speaker, it is so cute! It was a great price and so easy to use. It is also a great size and easy to travel with. We use it when we go bowling, the sound is great and easy buttons to control. You just blue tooth it to any device, I loved the camo design! You can use it anywhere! I love that they came out with this mini version! :)

The JBL Go 4 is the perfect little portable speaker! It’s incredibly compact and lightweight—fits easily in a pocket or clipped to a bag—yet it delivers surprisingly big, clear JBL Pro Sound with punchy bass for its size. Whether I’m at the beach, hiking, or just hanging out in the backyard, it fills the space nicely without distortion at reasonable volumes. The IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating gives me confidence to use it anywhere, and the battery lasts a solid 7 hours (plus extra with Playtime Boost). Bluetooth pairing is fast and reliable, and the build quality feels durable and premium. Love the colorful options too. Great value for an ultra-portable speaker that actually sounds good. Highly recommend! Would buy again.

cannot say enough positive things about this product. just absolutely superb in every way and highly recommend overall. i bought 6 of these already for gifts and personal use and would not even hesitate to buy another whenever i need it. i am no professional sound engineer or musician, but i am and have always been a huge audiophile and used JBL products for decades; never ever disappointed. i've used most of their recent bluetooth products ranging from earphones to the big boom box. i've also used many other high end products throughout the years - bose, sony, polk, yamaha, b&o, etc. now to the nitty gritty if you'd like to read further: appearance: just absolutely stunning. comes in a variety of colors which are all beautiful. very durable design and lightweight; would expect nothing less from JBL. nothing else needs to be said here and no complaints in the slightest. sound: just plain amazing, especially for the price point. great highs, deep basses, and projects so much louder than you would expect. i've never had to turn the volume up past like 50-75%, and that's in very noisy environments or anything really for daily use. just superb. well done JBL. connectivity: simple, easy, straightforward as you would expect from a well-designed BT product. no fancy bells or whistles, but flawless and long-range connectivity. all my coworkers use it at work and connect to it independently without any issues. features: one of my favorite features which i know comes pretty standard in similar products nowadays, is the speaker-speaker syncing. it syncs flawlessly with any other Go 4s with just a click of a button on both speakers. the sound is impeccable once again, no delay or issues in sound or synchronicity whatsoever. you can adjust each speaker volume independently too; really a neat feature. just highly highly recommend this product. you can't beat the price, and the design, sound quality, connectivity, syncing features are just superb. will purchase again for gifts in the future. buy buy buy! great job JBL!

It’s extremely portable. Its battery life isn’t great, but it’s enough. It’s rugged and definitely waterproof. It can take a beating. It gets pretty loud for how small it is. Don’t get your expectations too high, but its sound quality is great for the size. Its loudness is great, and its bass is well, it’s there. You can’t expect much from such a little speaker. I use it for shower time. It works very well for that, as you can just plop it in the shower with you. You can hear it over the water plenty fine.

The "Big JBL Pro Sound" is really something. It is very small. The sound it makes is really good. The bass is strong. The sound is clear even when it is loud. The "Big JBL Pro Sound" can get wet. It can get dirty but it will still work. It is great for the beach or the pool. The battery in the " JBL Pro Sound" lasts a long time. You can play music for up to 7 hours. If you use the "Playtime Boost" mode you can play music for 2 hours. The Bluetooth connection is very good. It does not stop working even when you are away. The "Big JBL Pro Sound" is easy to carry. It is small and light. You can attach it to your backpack or your belt. It is great for people who're always on the go. The "Big JBL Pro Sound" works, with lots of devices. It works with iPhones, Android phones, laptops and tablets. You can also connect it to Big JBL Pro Sound" speakers. This makes the sound even better. You can make the "Big JBL Pro Sound" sound the way you want it to. You can use an app to change the sound. You can make the treble, mids and bass sound different. You can also choose from presets. Unlike older, basic models, the Go 4 is fully compatible with the JBL Portable App. This gives you access to a customizable equalizer (EQ) so you can adjust the treble, mids, and bass to your liking, or choose from audio presets Setting up the " JBL Pro Sound" is easy. You just turn it on. Connect it to your phone. Then you can play music. It only takes a seconds to set up.

I purchased this for my car because the speakers it came with were not that great. The hard part was trying to find a place to keep it. It plays more clear in an open space & upright so I may get some velcro to hang it on around the neck rest to have a more open area for good sound. I expected better sound from JBL but for the price its worth it. I compared it to my Dos Sound Box which is much better & fills my whole apartment with premium sound but it charges with an electrical plug & the JBL is much easier to plug into my car to stay charged. Overall, I think its a great buy.

Not only is the sound quality great it gets loud enough for outdoor/indoor use! I love the portability and design options as it is available in a range of colors. I was able to connect it very easy to mine and my friends phone depending on who was controlling the music. I have noticed a lot of products are changing to USB-C charging port which is nice as I have lots of those plug in's at home and this portable speaker was no different and has a USB-C charging port. So far I have been able to use this speaker anywhere from 6 to 7 hours on one charge and haven't had any issues with charging or being able to hold that charge for long periods of time. I was on the hunt for the perfect speaker to take paddle boarding this summer and I am glad that I went forward with this option. This little guy is a family favorite and gets lots of use so with that being said although the price was high for such a small product it has more than exceeded my expectations and we have used it enough to easily justify the purchase. Great little speaker for travel and around the house. Sound is good for the size of the speaker. Looks very well made, battery life as advertised, associated app easy to use.

The sound that comes out of this tiny speaker is crazy. It has a surprising amount of bass, and it gets LOUD! If I didn’t know better, it would be very easy to assume it was a much larger speaker. Is it perfect? No. In the upper volumes it doesn’t sound as good as when it’s around 50% or below. But I don’t think any speaker this size would be able to pump out audiophile quality perfect sound, just due to the form factor. With a few custom equalizer settings, I am BEYOND impressed with this thing! It’s solidly built, surprisingly weighty for the size, doesn’t sound tinny, and is perfect for packing around the house while doing chores, yard work, gardening, camping, on the lake, etc. I could even see getting a couple and using them in a home office or gaming setup, because these can be used while they’re plugged in/charging. The battery life could be better, but it’s decent enough for most uses, and if you download the JBL app it will show you what the battery percentage is at on the speaker so you know if you should charge it before heading out. Definitely recommend!! Especially if you can snag it while it’s on sale; I managed to get this during a random unannounced sale for $35cdn (all other colours were on sale for $46 at the time)!! Maybe it’s because the white is less popular, so they were trying to clear stock? I’m not sure. But mine was sold/shipped by Amazon (at the time of review, some of the colours in this listing are sold by third party sellers), and the box was sealed, so it’s not a refurb or anything like that. “White” is definitely more of a soft grey than white, if that matters to anyone, but you can buy silicone bumpers in different colours to protect it and change up the look.
