2X Grass Paint for Lawn, Concentrated Green Dye for Vibrant Color, 1 Gal

Did a great job and you can make your grass as dark or light green as you'd like. Didn't want it to look too fake, so we did about 2oz with a gallon of water and it looked like a summer yard. It goes on well and doesn't stain if you wash off any drips you get on your person or clothing, right away. We have a large yard and the entire bottle did it easily, with a 2nd application. Will get it again for next summer.

I was honestly pretty skeptical about how the color would turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness. Application was pretty straightforward using a Harbor Freight pump sprayer. I did strain the first application after reading reviews about possible clumps, but I forgot to strain the second application and didn’t experience any clogs. The most tedious part was making sure I applied it evenly and avoided noticeable streaks or lines. I ended up doing two applications and was able to touch up some spotty dormant grass in my backyard as well. I mainly tried grass paint to save money since my water bills have been over $400, and with Texas currently experiencing drought conditions, it seemed like a good alternative. Overall, the color came out much more natural-looking than I expected, and I’m really happy with the results. If you’re dealing with dormant grass, high water bills, or just want to improve your lawn without constantly watering it, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try since I felt like the value for money worked in my favor. Bottle size is manageable and I didn’t experience any leakage upon delivery. Overall, I’d absolutely purchase it again. Maybe even in the winter while my grass is completely dormant. (Also, wear gloves, clothes and shoes you don’t mind ruining and clean up any spills immediately. It will stain permanently!!)

This stuff worked incredibly well. I needed to take pictures to list my house for sale and my grass wasn't working with me, so this grass paint really saved the day. It took a LOT more time and effort to apply than I expected, be ready for your back to hurt from hunching over spraying. The color looked surprisingly natural, in pictures and in person. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to get their grass greener, but I definitely wouldn't do it again unless I had to.

This product is perfect for revive your lawn. The color is very natural., perfect to cover any imperfection due sumer sun... My suggestion is to dilute 4.5 oz in a water gallon to get the most natural color

Very satisfied with the purchase,looks like is going to workout for us. Just be careful with the stain in the concrete, we had just a couple of drops in stain it. I highly recommend.. I will buy it again

CONS - Doesn’t cover all kinds of grass. Some it just slips off of like crab grass. - the color is unnatural, like an aqua blue, not green green. - you have to provide sprayer(s) you can never use for anything else again because of the stain. - does not apply evenly or with good coverage no matter hand sprayer for weeds or a weed and feed style sprayer that attaches to a hose. - why dye does drop doesn’t last at all. PROS - arrived undamaged. - was what it said it was despite the performance of the product. Bottom line, it’s a waste of money and time.
