Q: Is this product ever going to ship?

I preordered in April and got three of the 4 decks. Now it’s almost August and I’m still waiting on the last precon deck from my preorder. I have not received a date or any update for shipping or anything other then the message that I had to approve delayed shipping on it. Preordered for $40 now the Sauron deck is selling for $100 in some places. Never preordering from Amazon ever again.

Q: Is the ring have chance being in this ?

The sol one ring could be in the starter sets, but it isn't the 1 of 1 serialised one sol ring that won't be in the collector boosters either. That one is going in someone's pocket in the company to eBay. Look up what cards are included with the starter decks to find out if non 1 of 1 one rings are included.

The seller is bad. I ordered two gift bundles in March which were never fulfilled since the seller said they didn't get their allocation. I don't believe it, though.

Q: Do the deck boxes hold 60 cards when double sleeved?

No, they do not hold sixty when double sleeved. They're just the basic paper folding boxes. I would suggest getting a different deck box for double sleeved cards.
