So I do not use tampons and I hate bulky pads so I literally use thin liners and I have usually a 1-1.5 of heavy bleeding so the thin pads I normally use from target kind of don’t work great during that period. I’ve used a cup in the past and while the cup was great it wasn’t always comfortable. My best friend swears by these and claims you can be intimate with them. I haven’t tried that probably won’t lol. I was nervous about getting them but I had a NYC trip where finding a bathroom can be very difficult and I had a schedule that was not going fit with needing to change clothes either lol. So I did some research found some good articles or whatever to explain how to insert and remove and waaalaaa it went in super easy. I wore it ALL DAY. No leak and wouldn’t feel it. I read about self emptying while using the bathroom mine did that like 2x which was cool. It has to do probably with placement, how full it is and muscles. So end of the day. I was able to enjoy nyc with wearing one disc all day, emptied at night which was messy but whatever very similar to emoting a cup. I will keep using these!!!

Love that these come in a pack. I use the disks for heavy days and pads for lighter days. The disks are easy to use and allows some menstrual to come out when you go to the bathroom. I've subscribed to this product. Keep it coming!

They are liners for a reason if you want something that is thin you can use these. The material is super soft and good for the environment but I needed something thicker.

Don't gotta worry about what's in the cotton. Or feeling weird like with tampons. Empties with a little pressure. Nice over all.

I loved the idea of these products, unfortunately their performance let much to be desired. The disks leaked after a few hours despite having very little content. The top layer in the bamboo pads bunch, scrunch and shed after a short time.

Love that you can buy as a package. Thin liners are perfect for the just incase accidents if you have flex disc in. Flex disc is a LIFE SAVER. Took a couple of times to figure out the taking out part, but once mastered I couldn’t go any other way!!! Definitely recommend!!!

These discs were incredibly life changing! I’ve used tampons for 20+ years and am hating them more and more and more. This was absolutely mind blowing to me, no problems with leaking, and I cannot believe that it truly self empties when I pee. I will never go back!
