This does seem to help with calmness and relaxation. I like that it's non-GMO and made in the United States. I feel 240 tablets is a good value for the price especially when it seems they are effective.

I love the performance of this L-Theanine. It’s a great value for the price. You get 240, which at one a day will last me 8 whole months. They taste a little chalky bit if you swallow them quickly it’s not a big deal. They have greatly improved my mood and sleep habits. I love that they calm me down without causing grogginess. I have slept better thanks to these, but also am able to take them during the day for a mood calming effect. Will buy again when needed.

I like L-theanine for times when I have extra stress. I find this supplement easy to take and effective, with no negative effects.

The media could not be loaded. My only complaint about these tablets was that they can leave a white chalky/powder residue on your fingers or clothes. I’d recommend keeping them in a baggie or pill container as they would quickly disintegrate if just floating around on their own in a purse or pocket.

L-Theanine is one of my favorite supplements for promoting relaxation. I prefer supplements that ONLY contain L-Theanine as the active ingredient, as this one does. A serving is 2 tablets, which means there are 120 servings per container. The tablets are round, white, uncoated, and easily swallowed. The bottle says this is made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility. So far, the product is working as well as other brands of L-Theanine I've used. It's a good value!

These are pretty much ideal as far as supplements go for L-Theanine.The only issue I have is that as is fairly common with supplements, they advertise the serving size but not the tablet size. Each tablet is only 200mg, so this bottle is actually only 120 servings at 400mg/day.They are pressed tablets and not capsules, which means there is no powder leaking to deal with and they are easy to swallow.Note that these _do_ have safety seals despite the other reviews, it is just under the cap. It is a printed and glued seal type.

These are made in the USA, which is good. However, there's no GMP stamp, nor are they 3rd party lab certified. Also, the "manufactured for" bit also concerns me.My main concern, however, is this: I've taken l-theanine for years, and I'm very used to paying a LOT more. The price for 240 capsules seems kind of concerning. That's a LOT of product for a really low price.
