I got one of these a few months ago, directly from the company. They were great for a couple weeks, then they just yanked the plug and hung everyone out to dry. The website was down. They no longer answered the phone or responded to emails.What's more, they use non-standard, hard to find parts. So even if you eat the loss of warranty support and just fix it yourself you're still going to have an extremely hard time. The throttle broke -- because it's a delicate little thing -- and I haven't been able to find a replacement. I have to disconnect it, because the possibility of the bike just taking off is a dangerous situation. The back wheel is nearly impossible to remove. The video does not tell you you have to give the axle a hard twist. Even your local bike shop will be stumped by this. Nor is there any information about reassembling the washers. It's supposed to be a mountain bike but I pop a spoke every time I ride off a curb. I could go on...but the bottom line is that this is a great bike until it isn't. Then it's a nightmare and you're hung out to dry with an unrideable bike over a repair that should have cost $10 or taken 30 minutes.I'm now thinking of selling it and getting something easier to work with. I'm jealous of ebike friends who can change a tire in less than an hour. I want my throttle back. I'm tired of replacing spokes all the time. I was so happy when I got it, but now I recommend you keep looking.

They dont let you adjust the maxium speed and you are stuck with 20 MPH top speed. I will rather buy M2S or Ride1up or similar bikes.

Have owned the identical magnum peak made by Leisger of Germany for going on two years. Very happy but recommend some upgrades. Had flats on back tire.These are not ebike protected tires. Why not? So changed mine over to Kenda quick sevens which do have added protection. (Same size but no knobbies)Seat was a bottom buster so switched out to better seat. Grips were cheap too...so switched those out.All minor add ons! Still ...this is a beefy framed e bike with good motor, battery, brakes, and derailleur!Magnum peak goes for over 2 grand.Moscow plus seems to be same bike with even more battery capacity.These bikes are noted for longevity. There are several e bike options out there with decent components for around $1500.00. This is one of them. Also great option for those 180 lbs and up. Does not appear you will be able to fit a wider tire in the front. But to me 2.25" wide is just right.Will not be disappointed. Versitile bike with switch outs and add ons. It's fun to customize bikes as time goes on anyway.

Really wish I didn't buy this. The bike itself seems fine, reasonable value ($1600 + $150 taxes + $50 shipping) but the customer support is absolutely non-existent. I don't know why I went with this bike instead of the Ride1Up 700 ad now I can't return it. They sent me the wrong charger and have not replied to my emails/calls for several days. I guess I'll have to buy my own charger.Update: They got in touch with me and quickly sent a new charger. The bike held up extremely well for 2 years, after which it got stolen but it served me very well. Recommended.

Leon cycle used to have a USA operation and USA website, but these no longer exist. As of early May 2022. So if you buy an NCM or ET Cycle product on line, you might want to figure how and where you will get service. They used to have a handful of dealers, but those dealers likely can no longer get product. The company does sell in Austrialia. Those models are very different, and only have 250 watt motors and limited by law to lower speeds. You won't be able to access Leon Cycle's website any longer. Its a spam site now where you probably will get a virus. Their ebikes were half way decent, if you bought through a dealer. They were under priced by a lot which is probably why they lost money and pulled out of US market.

April will be 2 yrs. and 2k miles on my Moscow plus. I've never once regretted my purchase.Best mountain ebike out there for the money.Just go and buy it. You'll love it!

A well built bike, distance is excellent on one charge. I've had it two years with no problems. It's a relatively heavy bike.
