Helpful to preserve freshness of stored foods. When putting up powdery foods in jars, I use multiple oxygen absorbers on top of the good. You shouldn’t use your vacuum sealer for powdered foods, it can clog and ruin your machine. Without oxygen in the jar food will last longer.

These are great to put into all of your dry pantry items. They are easy to use, durable, cover a large area, and keep so many items fresh when sealed in. They function very well, and are a good value for your money! We live very remotely, and I use these in everything from rice, pasta, and beans, to salt, spices, and powders to keep things fresh.
