CutheoAnti-Snoring Mouth Guard

I was looking for a solution to my snoring and found this. The principle worked and I no longer snore. Comfort and fit are also good. recommend!

Okay, so here's the deal. This thing came with no instructions for it what so ever. I've gotten mouth guards for snoring before, so I did what I usually do with them.Boil some water to at least 175 degrees F. Put the mouth guard in a heat safe cup or bowl, and pour the water over it. Wait just 10 to 20 seconds for it to get soft. With some tongs, gently dunk them in cold water. Place them in your mouth (either top or bottom of teeth, whichever is most comfortable), and bite down. Make sure you're pulling your jaw forward slightly so that the guard holds that shape. Let it cool, and it should be good to go.With all that being said, it still just doesn't work. I bite down on this thing, and I feel like it's going to be torn apart. It really hurt my teeth overnight, and even with the proper shape, was shifting so much in my mouth it never helped. I got it on sale hoping if I didn't like it, I could just replace it or return it. Nah. They don't let you return these. So that's $20 I threw down the toilet. The mouth guard I would recommend is no longer being sold on Amazon, so guess I'm on the hunt again.

The image of the product is exactly what you will receive. So don't be surprised. I have no instructions on how to mold and use the product. If they exist, I am unable to find it. Nothing was including woth the mouthpiece. You can download a useless app but no instructions there, just bullet points of what it is and does. Make sure to note the no return policy too. Devil in the details, or lack thereof.

It's very comfortable to wear and works exactly as described.
