I have a mane. People who say they have a mane, haven't met me. It's pretty manely. Seriously when I get highlights, people take 20 minutes trying to detangle my hair. Then when they dry it, it tangles again. My hair is thick. My hair is course. My hair is the worst. It is damaged. But this thing makes it MANAGEABLE. Seriously I used to dread combing through my hair after showers. Now it's not as terrible. This helps so so much without making me wince with every brush stroke. I have to say because I have such thick hair I definitely have a TON of hair in the brush after, but I've decided it is hair that my other brush is missing, and it's the hair that would have shed all over me throughout the day. So thanks, brush, for saving me that annoying feeling of hair on the back of my arm all day long. I like to use this on my wet hair when I get out, usually starting at the ends and working my way up. Then I use it as a paddle brush to blow my hair dry. It doesn't pull on my hair when I blow dry, it keeps my hair from getting matted and tangled, and I will never live without one again. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I'm saving the 5 star for a product that does not even pull my hair at all. This doesn't hurt when it pulls, but I have a mane, so obviously it's going to pull. While it looks the same as the Wet brush I was replacing. It feels different, and is harder to grip than the older model. Still fine for detangling overall.

Ok. To start off, I have very long, fine, baby fine, easy tangled, wavy, difficult yet beautiful (or so I would like to think!) hair. While we all know to start brushing from the bottom when our hair is wet, paddle brushes & combs just don't do the trick. My stylist, whom I love, has always complained about how deceiving my hair can be due to how much it tangles. A few months ago she broke out "The Wet Brush" and it was a completely different experience with minimal time & no damage! I had to purchase it and try it for myself.Bottom Line: The "Wet Brush Pro" is amaaaaaazing!! The time it takes to brush my hair when wet is now minimal compared to what it used to be. It also gets my tangles out super quickly, and does not turn into knots. As well, I see that over the past few months my hair is breaking far less, I have a lot fewer split ends, and it seems overall more manageable. If your hair tangles easily, is fine, wavy and/or straight, and is not easily managed, give it a whirl. You won't regret it!

Sceptical at 1st but I was at the stage I would have tried most things to stop my daughter almost crying after every hair wash. She has very long thick hair. Even after all the conditioner and detangle sprays her would would end up like partial dreadlocks after dragging our usual brush through her hair it would bundle up near the ends in knots! So in despair I workers this and WOW it works. It doesn’t eliminate every little tug but it glides through them with ease and with very little discomfort. I can highly recommend this brush.

THROW ALL OF YOUR BRUSHES AWAY.My hair is THE most knotted, tangled mess whenever I wash it. I've used detangle sprays, tangle teezers (which just brush over the knots) and wide toothed combs for my nightmare hair, resulting in it snapping off and being quite painful.I was recommended this brush by a friend who was so enthusiastic over it, I had to give it a try.For the first time since I was younger, I've not had to pick a fight with my bonce and lost.This brush glides through my hair and gets rid of knots quickly and painlessly.I'm so so happy with my purchase and will tell every lady to buy one!

It's weird to admit, but this brush revolutionised styling my hair. When I was little my parents had no idea how to manage my large curly hair, and it was always a battle when I used regular brushes like the rest of my straight haired family. Bought this brush on a whim to try and make it a less painful experience and now it's the only brush I will use.The bristles are plastic and quite bendy, which makes for a much gentler brushing experience. It is sealed around the edges which means that it doesn't trap water in it like other brushes when you use it in the shower. The handle fits well in my hand, and I love the hot pink colour. I'm on my second purchase of this brush now, as my hair is so curly it does cause the bristles to fall out over time. But overall it's pretty durable and hasn't snapped yet!

My kids have knotty hair. REALLY knotty hair. They get those monster knots at the back of their neck that seem almost impossible to get out. I have tried every lotion and anti-knot spray known to mankind. Nothing has helped. We have bought tangle teaser and tangle tamer brushes in the past and, although they are OK, they have not been as good as I thought they'd be. Then I saw a recommendation for this brush and thought I would give it a go. I'm so glad I did - it is the best brush we have tried and makes short work of the knots. The teeth of the brush are very gentle - they 'give' as you pull them through, which means I don't get shouted at for pulling the hair too hard. It's really great on wet hair, but not too shabby on dry hair either.

I’m not so sure why it’s so hard to find good quality everyday products like a hair brush, but it’s a fact. I’ve used multiple over the years and always ended up throwing them away and going back to my very old (discontinued brand) good brush... Until the day it got broken. I’ve finally purchased a Wet Brish and I have to admit, it’s amazing. No painful detangling, no pulling, no hair breakage, it’s just perfect.
