Great product and definitely worth it

If you absolutely, positively HAVE to have real espresso on the road, and you have the OutIn Nano, this is what you need. This is the real deal, period. If you use good coffee and grind it properly and do all the rest, you will 100% get a real shot of thick, syrupy crema-topped espresso. It is very well engineered and very well made. The tamper, used with the dosing funnel in place tamps your shot perfectly. I would not change a thing about it. The downside is that it is equipment and process intensive. And it is heavy. Not for minimalist backpackers. More like hotel travelers and car or motorcycle campers. Maybe it's made to use at home so you can get $2000+ espresso machine quality coffee for less than $200. Because that is what it makes. This is the tool for the guys who labor over their shots seeking thick crema and syrupy thick shots without compromise. Made from very high quality (heavy) machined and anodized aluminum and stainless, it'll last forever. There is one plastic part- the lid of the portafilter that contains the shower screen but the rest is durable metal. And it's the same high quality plastic that the Nano is made from so it should all last. The instructions call for 16-18 grams of coffee, I started with 18. I used my road-warrior KinGrinder K6 to grind at a setting of 0+60 (one full rotation from 0), fine enough to choke it I thought, I'd go from there. 50ml of hot water and it flowed (too) easily. Pretty good shot but not syrup. The top of the puck was muddy so I upped the dose to 19gr and choked the grinder back 10 marks to 0+50. 50ml of 202f water and that was the ticket. Took a few seconds to build pressure, then a slow/ medium flow of beautiful thick syrup that formed a nice thick crema. A coffee every bit as good as what I make with my Appartamento & Mazzer grinder after 3 years of fine tuning and 40+ years of espresso making generally. Now I just have to decide whether I want to add all of this heavy stuff to my carry-on when I travel. The Nano has a LiON battery, you can't put it in your checked luggage. Little containers with 19gr of coffee and the also excellent, also very well made and also the very very heavy KinGrinder. Like 5 lbs of stuff to make my morning shot.

Every time I go on vacation I take those with me and my Outin Nano espresso maker! Easy to travel with, easy to use even more than the pieces that come with. I like that I can do a double shot with this instead of a single shot with the original accessories. Buy this!

The nano it a great coffee maker used it every day and replaced all the coffee makers in my house, so i thought i would expand it with the basket plus. The lid for the basket was missing in my order, it was new and sealed looks like a packaging slip. No complaints about the coffee maker or the company i am just sad with this order. I will definitely order it again after i get my refund for the return. Don’t mean to sound like the product or company is bad i love them but this order was messed up.

Highly recommend if you have the OutIn portable espresso maker. Easy to setup and use.

Great bespoke accessories for the Outin espresso machine, which help to make super consistent delicious espresso. Everything fits together perfectly and I appreciate the tamper design that fits snugly.

I consider this accessory kit an essential upgrade for the Outin Nano. The standard basket works well, but I prefer larger espresso doses, and the Basket Plus allows me to use up to 16g of coffee for a proper double shot. For my tastes, this makes a significant difference in both flavor and overall espresso quality. The parts are well made, fit perfectly, and work exactly as expected. Installation is simple, and once I started using the larger basket, I found myself using it almost exclusively. If you are only making small single shots, you may not need this accessory. However, if you're accustomed to traditional espresso recipes and want to get the most out of the Outin Nano, I would strongly recommend it. My only criticism is that I wish Outin included or offered a dedicated carrying case for the accessory kit. The additional parts are easy to keep track of at home, but when traveling it would be nice to have a compact case that keeps everything organized and protected. Overall, this feels less like an optional accessory and more like a natural extension of the machine. O kit é muito bem feito. Mas vamos a alguns fatos: 1. O filtro continua pressurizado 2. Você precisar dominar muito a técnica para não extrair espressos extremamente ácidos. 3. A limpeza é complicada.
