Great item
This little thing pops out some ice. It works really well. Heavy enough to stay stationary on counter while traveling. Easy to use.

Good machine with one small flaw in design
This is a very nice, compact icemaker. That works pretty quickly and makes very nice ice. It works reliably. It’s also very quiet. Only one problem: the paddle that pushes the frozen ice into the tray doesn’t push the ice completely into the tray and usually one or two pieces remain making the machine think that the ice tray is full. It needs to be redesigned with a paddle that pushes a lot harder so that all the ice falls into the tray. When the machine stops making ice. It gets a little bit warmer, and the ice starts to melt.

Excellent Ice Maker!
The media could not be loaded. Great ice machine for the cost! One thing to keep in mind is that it’s not really meant to just store your ice. It can do that, but it’s “watery” ice or slightly melted as it sits. As it melts, it cycles back down to the water reservoir and makes new ice. It doesn’t take long for it to make ice. It can be a little noisy but nothing too crazy.

Overall GREAT, if you're not picky.
had for almost a month now, zero problems. Works like a charm. SO much easier than an ice tray. Worth the money, absolutely. The ice cube large size isn't very large, but it doesn't bother me. I just never use the small size. Makes some noise, like white noise, but I also have no problem with that. It was relatively very easy to set up. The machine is fast, and the ice cubes stay there for like half an hour or so before they start melting, I just move the removable tray into the freezer. Then I have ice whenever I need it without having to constantly run the machine. Other people might be bothered by this: the ice tends to melt a little and stick together when refrozen, but I have no issue, i just shake it a little and they come unstuck. Easy to move with the handle too, although I never usually need to. Only thing is that it will take up a bit of counter space, and the instructions say to not plug anything else into the same outlet at a time, so that might bother other people, but it's fine for me. Looks great, works great, especially for the price.

Great little machine
I have a freezer without an ice maker. Literally the only thing we drink is ice water and coffee lol. This is a great lil machine. Pumps out quite a bit of ice quickly

Not efficient.
Yes it will keep you in ice , one or two people if you make a drink every 30 mins. The problem is the ice in the tray at the bottom melts so adding to the water tray and recycles. The machine never fills the ice basket and shuts down. I have a ice machine in my freezer and I got this so I wouldn’t have to open the freezer every 30 min. I filled the water tank 4 1/2 hours ago and it never ran out of water. I dumped the ice in my freezer tray and I’m going to shut the unit down. I guess if you want a back up ice maker these units will do the job ,but how much energy are they sucking up compared to a freezer ice maker. Open the freezer door for about 7 seconds every 30 minutes to scoop enough ice to fill your glass. Sure DOESNT work like ice machines in a commercial environment. Not impressed ! Could use a little more chill factor in the machine. Im glad I got the tape off the ejection plate before I put it to use ,,,, not mentioned in the unpacking instructions.

Has all the required functions at a very low price. A real bargain.
Works well. The only concern is that if you move the cubes into the freezer, they tend to ball up since they are a little wet, but the device produces the cubes very quickly and efficiently.
