Review: Great net and responsive customer service - Great quality net! My 12 yo son loves to throw at it in the yard. It's easy to set up and take down. The net I received was missing the carrying case which was listed on both the desertcart description and the box in which the net was shipped. I contacted customer service at the address given by the company. They let me know that they were moving away from including the case so future models may not have the case. They did send me the carrying case and the case is also functional and easy to use for storing all the parts of the net.
