Not working 10 months after purchase
Ordered March 30, 2025 I first received a laptop that didn’t turn on so they sent a replacement and I had to send the original one back. It is now Jan 23, 2026 and the Laptop won’t turn on. I haven’t dropped it, got it wet, or done anything to damage it. I also use barely use it so it shouldn’t have much ware. So for it to not work 10 months later is ridiculous. Would never recommend.

I give it five stars one because it is my favorite color and it is very beautiful. It works well I use it for my work from home job. It is very fast and easy to use. I might one for my daughters.

SUPER SLOW! It will do what I need it to but its not a very quick computer.

It’s slow but it gets the job done.
It’s kinda slow but it gets the job done. The laptop itself is nice it’s just doesn’t have the speed that you would expect out of a modern computer. The battery charge is pretty decent. It’s durable and lightweight enough to use for daily use. I just wish it was a faster computer.

I bought this to use for my college classes. It has been amazing. It's perfect. I love the big screen. Easy to setup and use. Great laptop! It was a great value for the money.
