Defective product
I bought this during Prime Days as a refill on my favorite eye cream. It came in ripped packaging with the lid untwisted causing the product to have a dry skin on top. I’ve been using this eye cream for a while so I know how it should look. I’m back to buying it directly.

So disappointed
The product was boxed but could have been easily opened and tampered with. When I unscrewed the cover , it was very easy to see the product inside. It should have been a creamy consistency. Instead it was liquid with chunks in it. Either it has been tampered with or the seller does not keep the product in good conditions. So upset considering the price paid for the item. I would give zero stars if I could.
