I surprised my 15-year-old with this electric bike for his birthday, and he hasn’t stopped grinning since!battery charges crazy quick – about 5 hours from zero to full. My kid uses it daily for school and weekend adventures, and we only charge it twice a week.Assembly was a breeze! Everything arrived securely packed, and the step-by-step video took me 15 minutes tops. The matte black frame looks sleek, and the LED display is super intuitive – my son figured out the pedal-assist modes in seconds.If you’re debating this e-bike – just buy it. My kid’s obsessed, and I’m the "Coolest Dad Ever" now.

Overall the bike is great. I built it without any issues, have rode it without any issues, I have almost no issues.I would keep it at five stars despite my one issue, but not having reflectors can cause me legal issues.The one issue I have are the wheel reflectors, they're secured onto one spoke and then just slid and wedged between spokes to hold it in place. The one on my back wheel slid out of place, which could then easily spin in a way that could get caught or just snap on the bike if the wheel turned. So I tried to slide it back towards the wheel and wedge it back into place, but it wasn't wanting to sit where it was before, and with just a little extra push the reflector snapped in half.So now I have to spend extra money getting a new reflector or something for my wheels because I don't trust the front one anymore and will replace that one too. It's not a lot of money, but as I said at the top, not having the reflectors (even just one) can cause unwanted legal issues.

Bought this for my son for his birthday. We put it together as instructed and charged the battery. The battery shows fully charged we put it on correctly and the bike will not power on. I can’t get in touch with anyone to help us. I don’t know if it’s a faulty battery or wiring But at this point we cannot use it.

The media could not be loaded. Solid Bike that is well built. Not having the fenders lowers the cost but the quality is great.easy to assemble. Fun to ride.And I have to ask or better yet state, There is NO reason to spend more than $5-600 on an e bike. I see many that are thousands of dollars. I have spent right around $1500. But I have 2 e bikes and a scooter. So I have 3 times the fun with friends and each is a pleasure to ride.Don't spend more than around $500 on an e bike. They can all have a problem. Most are made in China.By the way. I have that derailer sitting on the shelf. My other bike didn't come with one. So far, I have not had either derail! ROFLMAO.. Skip that part. If that was such a big deal, all bikes would have one. And it could have been shipped with it on already. It just protects the shifter at the wheel in case you wreck the bike or let it get banged against the right rear area.And all you really need to do is loosen the right rear nut that holds the axle on the frame. Then slip it on and tighten it back up. But why bother???

Is not that bad actually is really good, but it take a long of time to put it together and there was one missing nut when it arrived. But after all I liked also it brings with the tools and all you need to make it.

Honestly awesome go max 25 mph as advertised goes up a 45 degree uphill with me pedaling just a little battery life lasts a while and easy setup didn't use the instructions once it's fun to ride I like the grey color and overall is great for the price

Great value for the money. Battery life is amazing and the bike is easy to ride and manage as it is light weight. There's an app associated with the bike which is also easy to use and the customer service from the team is excellent.

Display does not work and support does not respond. Bought this bike for my husband and the display and electric part does not work. Tried call support, email and no response….
