Helpful Precut Knee Tape for Support After Injury Recovery
I really like this EADEN precut kinesiology tape. I used it after recovering from a thigh injury, and it helped give me extra support and stability around my knee area while getting back into movement. I like that the strips are already precut, so I did not have to measure or cut anything myself. The fit was good around the knee, and the tape was flexible enough to move with me instead of feeling stiff or restrictive. Setup was simple once I positioned the strips correctly, and the precut design makes it much easier than using a full roll of kinesiology tape. The material feels lightweight, stretchy, and supportive. It stayed in place well for normal use, and it did not feel bulky under clothing. Packaging was simple and practical, and the strips were easy to take out and apply. The only flaw is that placement matters. If you do not apply it smoothly or if your skin has lotion or oil on it, it may not stick as well. I would recommend applying it to clean, dry skin and taking your time with the placement. Who this is for: This is great for people who want light knee support, workout support, walking support, or extra stability after recovering from a minor leg, thigh, or knee issue. It is also good for anyone who prefers precut strips instead of cutting tape from a roll. Who should skip it: Skip it if you need heavy-duty bracing or medical-level support. This is supportive tape, not a replacement for a knee brace or medical care. Overall, I’m very happy with it. The precut strips are convenient, comfortable, and helpful for added knee support.

Good adhesion and support
I used this for knee stability, slight torn meniscus, osteoarthritis behind the knee cap. Really happy with the product, I apply to dry, clean skin and don't have any issues with adhesion. I love that it's pre-cut over fumbling around with other methods of taping with athletic tape. The only gripe I have is that the perforation on some of the tapes in the package I got were kind of inconsistent, which made the backing somewhat difficult to remove/separate. So it might be problematic for someone with limited hand dexterity.

Overall very convenient
I like the nude, I like that they are precut for easy use. They weren't very sticky, and a couple of them unstuck especially at the top even with my stick spray. But overall great I wore for my softball tournament and just put a knee compression sleeve over to secure it for the more intense workout.

Please read review
This was my second order because I loved the first ones so much that I ordered more! Unfortunately, the quality of the second order was disappointing. The backing paper was not cut all the way through, so I wasted several pieces trying to separate them. They also did not adhere to my skin as well as the first order. My first order was a five-star experience, but this second order was more like a three-star experience. I hope this was just a quality control issue because I really liked the original product. I would like either a refund on my second order or new tape to replace the second order.

Wouldn’t stay on for long
The tape would only hold for less than a day. I thought it was supposed to hold for several days. It did seem to offer some support but kept coming loose.

No stretch east west on anchor and ripped skin off after a day and half of wear
I wanted to like this, but I just can’t. First of all, I’ve been using KT tape of various brands for over five years whenever I had something sore or aching. The first issue was with the one piece construction the bottom part only stretches north to south and not east to west. Not a huge deal since it’s really an anchor but I would have preferred more stretch. The second issue was the double split for the knee. I personally found it really difficult to maneuver both strips at once and properly place them without tangling, but I managed. The worst part was the fact that after a day of wear this tape started ripping off my skin at the top of my knee. I have never, in all my years of KT tape usage had this happen. I didn’t pull it as taut as it could go, so there was still stretch. I ended up having to trim off that part and finally after two days took Off the balance of the tape and switched to three strips of my tried and true brand to do the same thing that this one piece was supposed to accomplish. Sure, some of my issues may have been user error, but between the no east/ west stretch on the anchor and the skin ripping, I will not be purchasing again Or using the rest of this tape.

Didn't think it worked until I took it off
I haven't written a review in a long time, but I had to for this product. I got the pre-cut K tape for my knee and didn't expect much. But after a week of using one of the pieces, I have to completely recommend it to anyone with knee problems. I'm assuming the same goes for the other products for other parts of the body, but I can't attest to that. I wasn't sure if it was working or not because maybe my knee just felt better? but I knew it was doing what it's supposed to do as soon as I took it off. My knee was incomplete agony. I hobbled over to the box and put another one on immediately. As soon as I put another one on it feel better. Not sure what kind of magic this is but the cost is low so it's worth a try. There is some truth to the tape residue, but with plenty of soap and a rag, it came off in the shower, so no worries there. It's worth the cost buy them today. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy to use
I am a long-time user of Rock Tape to support a fragile knee. I decided to give these a try on days when I hit the gym. They provide the stability I need for a workout and save time- pre-cut and ready to apply. I like the different colors and the material is similar to a lightweight Rock Tape. I have minimal skin irritation and peel them off carefully to avoid ripping skin.

Feels so soothing
I’ve tried a lot of kinesiology tapes, but the IEADEN pre-cut knee tape is one of the most convenient and effective ones I’ve used. Since it’s pre-cut specifically for the knee, it saves so much time, no measuring or trimming needed. The zonal peel design makes it really easy to apply, and it fits perfectly around the knee for great support and stability during workouts or runs. It stays in place well, even through sweat, and gives my knee that extra reinforcement to prevent strain or discomfort. I also appreciate how breathable and skin-friendly it is, the cotton material feels soft, and it doesn’t irritate or leave any sticky residue when removed. Overall, it’s a high-quality, comfortable, and reliable tape that really helps keep me moving with confidence.

Works on big knees
My physiotherapist used this tape on my knee after surgery and when it wouldn't stop popping out of place and this was very helpful when I needed to do my knee exercises or walk a lot. I've always wanted to be able to recreate this but you're not supposed to use the tape unless you know what you're doing. These pre cut Kinesiology tapes allow you to use it yourself. Photo 1 and 2 show the package it comes in and the instructions which come for different joints but the package is only for a specific joint so make sure you buy the right one. Photo 3 shows how the tape comes. There are 10 pcs. I used one today to test but plan to use in future for when my knee is sliding out of place and/or when I am doing a lot of movement like going to a Girl Guide camp. I especially wasn't sure if it would fit my knee as I have a LARGE knee/thigh area. It was easy to put on although I have it a little wrong. Now I know for the next time. Photo 4/5 shows it fitting mostly on my big knee. Next time I know to put parts that go on my thigh straight up a bit and THEN stretch to the side in a criss cross. Practice helps. Wearing it all day I'd say it made me more aware of my knee (not necessarily good) but it also feels more steady and hasn't slid out of place at all which is usually does. I think these will be helpful for certain circumstances.

Não recomendo.
As fitas só tinham 3 cores: preta, bege e rosa. As outras, nem sinal delas. A qualidade é ruim, descola da perna rapidamente. Não recomendo.
