Q: Can they be put in a washing machine on a delicate cycle?

NEVER wet wool and agitate it - that's exactly how one makes felt. If you need to wash it, hand wash using lukewarm water and Woolite or another wool wash. Just let is soak for around 20-30 minutes - DO NOT SCRUB (again - agitation when wet makes wool fibers felt - I'm a fiber artist). Rinse by letting it soak in clear water OF THE SAME TEMPERATURE (another way to get felt is by going from hot to cold water and back again). Then gently squeeze out excess water (don't wring), roll it up with the fleece to the outside, squeeze more excess water out, then wrap in a dry towel and stand on it to get the REST of the excess water out. Lay flat to dry, preferably on a sweater dryer or some other vented surface so the air can flow through. It's not hard to wash wool, but if you don't want to ruin it, you DO have to be gentle.

Q: Where can I get my straps on my sheepskin seatcovers replaced? They are so stretched out of shape .. Seat cover never stays on

When mine are stretched out I just measure how much shorter they need to be and take them to my alterations person!

Q: WILL THESE FIT A 2003 VOLVO C70 CONVERTIBLE?

They should fit any car that is similar to the photo pictured. I have a 2013 Mazda 5 and they fit perfect. They don't wrap around the whole seat, just the front where you sit. Very versitle.
