The top most plank is sharp at the edges, and the cover does not pad the edges. While climbing, my cat got hurt by the sharp edge. I had to paste foam on corners of the plank.

Amazing product
The media could not be loaded. Few products were missing and incorrect but the vendor helped when I connected to them. They guided if I did anything wrong as well. Over all a good product

Received wrong parts after waiting for 2 weeks to get it delivered
Assembly was very difficult, some pillars were not of the same height where it should be. I had to improvise with DIY fixes. The quality of the covers is bad also, there is a lot of shedding. Some of the covers are too short, they don't cover the pillars fully. I expected a premium product after spending so much on a cat tree, this was definitely not it.
