Love this sourdough starter kit. Jars are large and wide making it easy to maintain your start and access.

The glass is a good weight to make the jars easy to use. The mouth of the jar is wide enough to let you mix the starter easily. And the size allows you to feed an ample supply of starter. The elastic marker is not my favorite, but it does a decent job. I still prefer using a thick rubber band to mark the growth level because it doesn’t slide easily on the jar. I highly recommend these jars for anyone on the sourdough journey.
