Did not work. Contacted seller and they claimed they check all scales before sending them out. When I first contacted the seller I made it clear I had tried 3 brand new batteries that I checked and they worked in other items but not the scales to get a reply telling me to try inserting a battery as it's not included. Anyway after finally getting a postage paid returns label as they were trying to get me to pay to return there faulty item I got a full refund. Will never use this seller again.

Another awesome item for my sister ,she loves it.

Person I purchased these for feels they are great!
My sister in law has lost her eyesight. Her doctor requested daily monitoring of her body weight due to fluid retention. I found these. She has reported they are fantastic. Due to the surface being wide she can balance herself easily. She stated the voice stating her weight is clear and easy to understand, and that the weight is voiced then repeated again making it easier for her to record.
