Note: I returned it before I could get a picture because it was an accidental order. Pros • Outstanding equipment. Strong and not flimsy! It is big but works well and depending on your strength, not heavy at all. • A beautiful black with a rubber finish. • Has knurl grip for the grip material and is metal. Cons • Smell is an issue if you care for it. I personally like the smell of rubber for a home gym. Reminds me this is 't candy cane lala land and is instead a place for hard work to get done. • It will rust with time. You can take as good care of it as you want, but you hold it whole sweating, and it is not moisture or rust resistant. It will, not might, but will rust. Either be ready for that or go for rubber grip dumbbells. • Rubber can chip. If you prefer to throw your dumbbells around and take no caution for it breaking or ripping or looking weird overtime because you just can't seem to gently place them down like you have some sense, then go for metal ones, not rubber. Rubber is for those who are mindful. Lol. Jokes aside, overall amazing product! Strong, competent, and beautiful. No issues except if any of those cons are a concern for you.

These CAP Barbell Coated Dumbbells have been a great addition to my home gym. I definitely recommend this set. I used to be a fan of the traditional cast iron weights but they became uncomfortable as I advanced the weight; these are a very comfortable grip. I have the 5 & 10lb. if I feel the need i’ll definitely get 151b in the near future.

So my products came in. Smells new smells clean. Everything is here the way it should be actual material is awesome. I like it. The weight is fine perfect for what I ordered with my money. I do not see anything quite wrong with the stability. They’re a perfect size perfect shape for my hands and other people’s hands I would say. My only dilemma and discrepancy is on the rubber grip. I see the bubble forming on both of them. More so on one of the weights than the other. But there is a return policy to July 10. I just hope that they stay in these good condition. I’m not sure if I should just write them back and say send me different ones because these are it looks like the grip is about to come off basically

This set is just what I needed to complete my home gym. This consists of 5,10,15,20, and 25 pound dumbbells and an A-frame rack. It is shipped in a set of 4 boxes via UPS. Needless to say, my delivery guy loved me the day he had to lug these weights to my door. The dumbbells are very nice and high quality. They are very sturdy and durable. These dumbbells have the comfort grips. The grips are not super soft, but are softer than plain metal. The grips have ridged surfaces to make them less slippery. The weights themselves are rubber coated, making them less loud than full metal dumbbells. I ordered additional weights to go with this set to give me a few heavier options. I did not use the A-frame that came with the set. I preferred to go with a 3-tier rack that I could expand my weights. CAP is a trusted name in weights and this is a nice dumbbell set that they have put out. I am very happy with these weights. It is a nice set that you can expand upon.
