Question 1

What do i clean it with. How do i prevent it from scratching ?

Accepted Answer

Wipe all surfaces clean and rinse them completely with water immediately after applying the
cleaner. Rinse and dry any excess cleaner that may land on adjacent surfaces. Do not allow
cleaner to sit, as it may soak in and cause damage.
Use a soft, damp cloth or sponge. DO NOT use any abrasive material, such as a scouring pad,
brush, or steel wool, to clean the surface of your Kraus product.
The effectiveness of all cleaners depends on factors like water hardness and temperature,
consistency of cleaning formulas, and age/condition of the product being cleaned. Variations
in these, and other, factors mean that Kraus cannot guarantee the effectiveness of any cleaner
or procedure used. Please see the product warranty for further details on what is covered
under normal conditions of use.

Question 2

where is this made?

Accepted Answer

I do not have an answer for where the product was made, however i will say that it took 3 times to get one that was not cracked, and we ended up paying for two because we had not opened the box until our kitchen product began and the contractor found the original replacement cracked as well. The manufacturer would not refund or replace for that because it was past the time limit for returns. If I guessed I would imagine that it was made outside the US because the product is sturdy and it would seem it would take some effort to break it..possibly a long journey. We no longer have the original information so I don't know where for sure.

Question 3

?How much does it weigh

Accepted Answer

Now that I think about it, I ordered white it came cracked and in pieces , got another one found a few small cracks but plumber put it in anyway. It’s fine and a gorgeous upgrade

Question 4
