We got his watch for our son's 10th birthday. It has been a big hit so far, a nice alternative to a phone which we are not quite ready to get for him. It works great and was fairly easy to set up. Service for calls and texts work well so far. The location is pretty accurate or close to accurate most of the time. Only one time in 4 months that the location was not correct or close to it. I love that you can control everything from an app on your phone. You can control who is in the contacts as well as turn all the extra features and apps on and off from the app. It also has a school mode activated through the app that turns all features off during the selected times and days which is nice to keep it from being a distraction during school. SOS mode is also on it in the case of an emergency it can still be used even in school mode there is an override. One thing with the video call is that it makes the watch get a bit hot. One other thing is to be sure that it does not get wet. It is supposed to be water resistant not water proof. If it gets wet it stops working and needs to be replaced. Customer service is quick to respond and is helpful. Overall it is a good watch and I do recommend it as a good starter watch for kids.

I bought this to keep track of our 8 yr old son. He's super active and doesn't stay in one place too long—always zipping around the neighborhood. We don't have to wonder where he is anymore as long as he has his TickTalk watch. The watch performs as good or better than expected. Video calls, gps location, regular calls, text and more. Parent controls are great too. Very happy with our TickTalk watch.

I love the Tick Talk 5 and highly recommend it to parents. We use it to be able to track where our kid is. Also, the best thing is your kid can easily contact you and in an emergency contact you at the press of a button. We can also contact our kid. You add the contacts so there are no strangers able to contact your child and you can approve who they can contact. We also use it for alarms and reminders. This watch has given my kid confidence, we are less worried in crowded events of losing each other and he is more self sufficient to be able to complete tasks with the reminders we've set. He's had a Tick Talk watch since 4 and even before reading, this watch can be used with young kids. Then as they get older you can use more of the features like texting. If they are too young you can record voice memos too. Anyways, we feel much safer having this watch and it makes life easier!

We’ve been using the TickTalk 5 for our child and overall it has been a good experience. The calling and GPS features work well, and it gives us peace of mind when our child is at school or outside. The setup process was straightforward, and the app is fairly easy to use. Battery life could be a little better with heavy use, but overall the watch has been reliable and useful for staying connected with family. Customer support has also been responsive when we had questions.

The watch has been great for our kids! They love being able to call their grandparents anytime they want to. The parent app is also very straightforward and very robust! The battery life is good and last all day. The calls are very clear! Definitely recommend!

This watch was easy to setup. It is easy for my kid to use daily. Calls are clear. Location is mostly accurate. The only challenge is durability. SIM card cover broke then watch bands. However, customer service is a great help. I suggest getting protection for the watch (ie. Screen protector, SIM card protector) and you should have a great experience. I feel safer when my kid is out with this watch on.

My son loves this watch. Great investment and he's loving being able to call his family as well as take photos and get picture messages

We bought this for our child as he was leaving to summer school. From the very first day, the battery only lasted 6 hours. Later it lasted less and less , charging very little during the whole night and after 20 days it shut off completely and never went back on. As our child was away from day one using the watch , we weren’t able to return the item … 200 euros straight in the bin. Zero recommendable
