I bought these vitamins as a daily supplement and I’m really impressed. I’ve noticed more energy throughout the day, better focus, and even a bit more physical stamina. They’re gentle on the stomach and don’t cause any discomfort, which is very important at this age. The bottle comes with a good quantity and the value for money is excellent. No stomach upset ...
Trust in a brand that has a reputation for making quality vitamins. I've subscribed to a number of brands through Amazon and this is the brand I'll stick with. One capsule, no stomach upset or regurgitated vitamin taste. Formulation is just right, no excessive percentages of nutrients. Highly recommend.

Trying a Second Solgar Product
I've been taking another Solgar vitamin product that I purchase from a local health food store for a while now, and I like the brand. Thought I would try this multi. Pleased to find that this capsule is smaller than the large tablet of the other brand I've been taking. I also only need to take one of these for a full dose, and I needed two of the other brand. That's great - these are smaller, easier to swallow, and I only need one. At first it, it looked like a higher cost than my other multi, but considering I only take one instead of two each day, it evens out. As far as the vitamin mix in this product, a couple of these seem a bit high, like the b12 and zinc, but overall seems to cover the bases of a general multi.
