The purported benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) are well documented, so I won't repeat them here. I tried drinking the stuff mixed with water but it was too harsh for me. It's also tastes incredibly acidic so it can't be good for the teeth. These gummies, however, remove that problem straight away.Unlike the other ACV gummies I've tried, these taste quite bland. Not at all unpleasant, just bland; there's no tart like I've found with other brands and from drinking diluted ACV.I'm not getting any of the usual benefits that I've come to expect from ACV gummies. I'm not feeling any less tired in the afternoons and I still suffer heartburn if I eat too much spicy food.If you want to try these gummies, they're not expensive. Probably the best way to describe the flavour is sweet cider but with a creamy fruity topping. The jar has a safety locking cap that you need to push down and turn to open which is crucial as they would be very appealing to small children.There's 60 gummies in the pack - they are quite soft and dissolve quickly in the mouth when chewed. The suggested serving size is 2 gummies (back label) but for optimal results 3 gummies according to the FDA (side label). Hence the pack would only last under 3 weeks.Each gummy contains just 15 calories. Amongst the ingredients are Turmeric Root Extracts (120mg), Apple Cider Vinegar (1.5g), Organic Beetroot (40 mcg), Ginger root extracts (120mg), Cayenne Pepper extract (120mg) and Lactobacillus Gasseri and Cassel.
