Minimal graininess and nice grip. A little difficult to install but worth it. Super thin

I just purchased my first iPad (Kindle user for years). I’m amazed at how many additional accessories I had to purchase to prolong the life of this expensive beauty. The description of this matte surface film matches the website depiction. The film is simple to apply – if you follow the directions. Once in place the touch sensitivity, ambient light sensors and the Face ID capabilities are unaffected. Additionally, my Apple Pencil Pro glides across the screen without any snags. I’ve been using this protector for over 3 months (daily). As of today, I have not noticed any wear/tear on the film (or my pencil). The photos uploaded were taken right after I applied the protector. The bubbles disappeared after smoothing the screen with a thin microfiber towel.

I bought this to replace a similar product that I wasn't happy with. Unlike that one, this one allows the screen to shine through with great sharpness and colour, it blocks fingerprints very nicely, and the texture feels nice with fingers or the Apple Pencil Pro.I was able to install this with little drama, even though I missed the directions printed on the back of the box! If it's your first time, just take it slow and be sure to use the sticker to remove invisible dust particles — those can't be pushed out after the fact.

A little hard to get on without bubbles and it does dim the screen quality but i like the little bit of friction it gives me (not sandpapery at all)I dont think it will wear down my apple pencil nib at all tbh

Messed up applying the first one but thankfully it comes with two, love how it removes the slipperiness when writing with the Apple Pencil. Def recommend especially for the price!
