This diffuser is an absolute beast! It's the largest and most powerful diffuser I've ever bought, I found that others just weren't high enough quality or getting the scent distributed enough. The design is ultra modern and sleek. About performance: This thing is a total game changer. It's build quality is supreme the metal is clearly of high quality the finishes are great and it's performance is incredible. I first set it up in my home and I found that it could easily fill the entire space on the first setting the lowest one. So then I thought well what if I take it to my photo studio which is much better than any one room in my house and I was pleasantly surprised that it was also able to handle that scenario where it filled the entire space evenly with the fragrance.Once I set it up I honestly never heard or thought about it again I just noticed that the room started smelling amazing and time for my clients to arrive. Anyone on these reviews that says that it's noisy is incorrect, it is a machine it will have some noise however this is extremely minimal especially for how powerful the machine is. Also cleaning it was very easy just make sure that you use isopropyl alcohol after you rinse the reservoir in order to fully get the first scent out of the reservoir before you put the next scent in.The remote control functionality is super convenient. I can adjust the settings from anywhere in the room with one click of a button and not have to go up to the device which saves me time. And let's not forget the night light feature. A nice touch up that it adds a lovely, calming ambiance to any room, it just seems so welle integrated to the various spaces I've had it in. If small or big space, this things gpt you more than covered!

I bought the diffuser and have been incredibly satisfied with this product. My home smells much better (went with Shangri-La ) since I've set it up. I have it running in the family / living room which is a spacious part of my house, and the product fills the entire space. Will continue using this.

Set it up as soon as it arrived, after I got it off my driveway where USPS had thrown it. Light didn’t work. The next day, the mister didn’t work. Made arrangements to exchange it. As I was packing it back in the box, it magically started working. Working great so far!

The unit is good looking, easy to set up, and works perfectly. There are high medium and low settings. I use low on a daily basis but the medium and high are certainly not overbearing. It sufficiently subtly scents my first floor which is about 2500 square feet.

I just got this today and turned it on and really like it, I got Ritz Carlton as the scent and I set it up and it started filling my sunroom with a great hotel scent. I bought another brand and have not been as happy, certainly not as happy as I am with this one. I like the remote, it is easy to operate. After a few hours, I’m loving it!!

This diffuser came to me obviously used. The box already had a scent to it, no remote control was included, and IT DID NOT POWER ON! Very disappointed as this is pretty expensive for a diffuser and I expected my better quality.
