I bought these fins to use exclusively for travel to keep my checked luggage light. But i found they were even better than my normal fins. They are much lighter. The propulsion is the same as my much larger fins. My legs do not get as tired and something I didn’t consider is I am much easier to spot in a group when scuba diving. I use the fins for both scuba and snorkeling. I have lost count on how much I have used them over the last 2 years, but I estimate it is well over 50 times. Did not intend for them to replace my larger fins, but that is exactly what happened. Also I don’t use my booties anymore because they will not fit in these fins, I use water socks instead. I recommend using socks because the only time I used these without socks is the only time they ever slipped off. I also love these because they are easy to slip on and off. When getting back on the boat I take them off and climb the ladder with them rather than hand them to the dive master/deck hand. The weight and straps are a huge positive factor here. Putting them on and taking them off when on the beach is so much easier the my other fins as well. Two snaps and I am ready to go. After 2 years and many, many uses, my fins are still in excellent condition and look great. Also, if you take the fins off in the water they do not just sink to the bottom or float to the top. They stay in reach so you don’t accidentally lose them. Check out my other reviews for the socks I use, if you are interested. Super Flossen. Robust sehr leicht und sehr einfach zum anziehen und befestigen. Ich dachte aber, dass die etwas kürzer sind. Dafür selbstverständlich besseres Vortrieb . Klasse Ware

I've only tried them for 6 dives so far but found them to be very compact, light and comfortable, yet responsive with good power. I'll be leaving my Xpert Xooms at home from now on.

De maat valt wat klein uit. Helaas kan ik deze alleen dragen met neopreen sokken. Niet erg voor duiken in warm water, maar jammer dat ik ze niet kan gebruiken als ik in kouder water zou duiken met botjes aan, dan passen ze niet. Dus als je neopreen botjes 3mm of 5 mm wil dragen zeker grotere maat nemen.
