Fabulous pancakes
Its not often i can recommend gluten free food but this pancake mix is a rare exception - even my kids and my patents who arent gluten free love themGreat taste and textureOne packet for me makes about 14 6 inch thin pancakesYou do need to add the eggs oil milk

Great for gluten free needs
This pancake batter is excellent, make up in a mixer and leave to sit in the fridge for 30 mins before using. Tastes amazing. Will buy again.

Fantastic, provided they send you a 6 pack and not just one..
We ordered the first lot, everything was fine. Re-ordered more from same place a few days ago and only received 1 bag instead of 6. I can't give it 5 stars, yet, perhaps a third order will be the charm. order at your own risk.

best pancake mix
this is the best gluten free pancake mix around. If you add a bit more milk than the recipe calls for for the classic recipe, the batter is great. Its a little pricey, but tastes better than using gluten free flour from a bag.

No need to add sugar! just added 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of oil, it was so good, I love it!

Perfect GF pancakes every time
This mix makes the perfect pancakes. You really can't tell that they're gluten free. I love that it's versatile enough to use for crepes, American-style pancakes or Yorkshire puddings, although I've only used it for crepes so far. Is it just gluten-free flour? Well, yes (with a little bit of raising agent and xanthan gum), but GF flour is always a blend of ingredients and different blends work well in different recipes. This one has been specially designed for pancakes and batter, and it gives me much better results than my 'all purpose' GF flour.
