WOW! we love this piece of equipment so much. It was a very simple assembly, and so sturdy once assembled. both parents and children alike are benefitting from having this tool in our home. We are using it for balance and agility training in our homeschool, but also use it to help relieve pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The wood is so well made it feels like a massage on the feet. My children with EDS stopped complaining of ankle pain after playing on this daily. I would highly recommend this to help develop the muscles in ankle and feet and build core strength. The bonus for this is how easy it is to store! slides right under our couch because it is a very functional size.

Love this little beam! I use it every day! I have various ways of using it! Really great to increase balance. I can tell a difference in my legs and feet. My son uses it for push ups. My husband also walks on it and I sent my brother one for Christmas! Another way to stay active especially through winter. Stores easily under couch! I leave it out most of the time so it's used more by everyone in the house. 😉

I really like it - beam is strong, easy to attach the two feet, light. I think I eventually would like to get a second one so I've got more length to walk on.

Simple to assemble. While installing the legs, I had an issue with one of the legs. I contacted the manufacturer by email. They responded the quickly, and tried to trouble shoot. I explained to them that I had already tried to do what they had recommended, and holes didnt align. They sent me a replacement within a few days. Product works great now!

This is very narrow, but I knew that buying it. Despite having pretty good balance I can't walk on this without holding the wall, but it's not really long enough to do much walking. I got the balance beam to help with my nearly constant heel pain. Standing on the thin, round wooden bar really has helped to strength and strengthen my feet. I very rarely have any pain now, and if I do have mild pain, I just stand on here for a few moments and it's gone. The profile of this balance beam is very small, and it's quite sturdy. I'm about 250 lbs, and it doesn't bend or move when I walk on it. I recommend gripping socks or bare feet to avoid slipping.

Thicker and better than the one I got from Temu. I use this for balance and doing leg lifts.

This balance beam is a great addition to my fitness equipment. The price point was terrific, quality is superior. I use this balance apparatus for my clients living with Parkinson’s disease with great success. I use it more as an adaptive tool for plantar and Doris flexion, one foot stands etc. My only wish was that I could afford to buy one per client. Thank you for creating a size suited for most.

Foot piece on one side does not fit properly, so it wobbles on the floor. The screw also completely stripped trying to adjust it, now it's a piece of garbage and how am I supposed to get the right shaped box to return this? Its so simple to make this item, but somehow they still messed it up.
