I take a fair amount of supplements and this one has to have my favorite packaging. The intended benefits and included ingredients are all clearly labeled, making it easy to select the right product for your needs. Taking the supplements is super painless as well, I believe the capsules themselves are slightly smaller than average, and it's recommended to take only 1 per dose so no mouthful of pills. I typically get a slightly annoying aftertaste with most supplements, but not with this brand, a small but welcome improvement! Update: After having taken these, along with the STAY ALIVE Saw Palmetto Extract, for longer now, I can say I'm feeling a general uptick in overall mood. It's hard to specifically pinpoint exactly what is different or if I'm just imagining it, but I really feel like there is an improvement to note. Will update again if any changes on that front.

Hawthorn , but more than one item: fruit, and other herbs and other like black pepper. Hmmm. It works very well. It seemed to calm my tingling legs as well as others. Good one! Small size to swallow easier.

I have been struggling with a high resting heart rate for the last year and since taking the Hawthorne berry supplements, my resting heart rate at night has dropped at least 10 points. I take it every evening with magnesium glyphosate and I have noticed huge results. So happy to take this supplement instead of a medication.

After taking several different hawthorn supplements i came across this company’s product. I also purchased their mushroom supplement. It’s got good amounts of hawthorn which i take for help with my blood pressure. Easy to take, small capsule, no smell or after taste. Will purchase from now on

Hawthorn berry is supposed to be heart healthy so I will await the results of this in a couple of months. The packaging was great and delivered timely.
