Ugghh kids these days, with thier high priced fancy pants gizmos and gadgets. Makes me sick! Back in my day if I needed a massage on my neck after working long hours I'd just have Mable do it with her hands. But noooo. Now you gotta have this kind of tangled dangled equipment. I mean sure it completely relaxes you if you're an active person with staying put on your neck, sure you can move your head and neck freely while massaging, sure it has an impressive battery life of at least 9 complete massage sessions on one single charge, and ok all the extra modes you get from the stupid app is extremely easy and convenient, sure the thing talks to you through every single change of modes, and yes after trying all the modes I know that there is literally one that would help you, yes its very sleek and beyond well made, and Im positive it would fit any neck as I've tried it on everyone I work with, and yes it just might be the greatest single item I've ever bought for myself worth every single penny, but does a person REALLY need all that comfort in one place. I say NO WAY!! Life was meant to be hard and full of neck pain and headaches. So I dont recommend this product to anyone. That is all. 🤣🤣🤣

This item burns and gives electric shocks. Further I have spent 30 minutes trying on Amazon site to get a returns form, site will only give me self help info but not return - shameful.

I do have to admit this this works well with the back of your neck or your upper neck area. I'n my case I needed it to work between my shoulder blades and it did not reach the area I needed it too. The heat works really well and you have to be careful with the intensity settings as it's also a Tens unit. If you crank up the intensity to max you will feel like you have a Tens unit on full strength. This massager combines vibration/heat and a Tens unit as one. There are preset settings you can use and the joystick type controller on the side of the unit allows you to adjust settings based on your needs. I'n my situation a Tens unit makes my issues worse so this did not help me much. But for some people having a Tens unit with vibrations may help with pain relief. I give it a solid 4 stars based on design and function. This is a great quality unit but it did not work for what I needed it to do.
