NO TENGO PALABRAS.... y he esperado 2 meses y medio para dar mi opinión... xq después de probar 8 tipos de plantillas en los ultimos10 meses ( incluidas unas a medida hechas en ortopedia)... estoy en la GLORIA... Soy Jefa de Departamento en unos Grandes Almacenes en Madrid... mi jornada laboral de +-8horas DE PIE TODOS LOS DIAS, me provocó Fascitis Plantar, además de dolores y calambres horribles en las piernas y pies diariamente (andaba como "Chiquito")... y estas plantillas han hecho q desaparezca mi insoportable dolor en los talones provocado por la fascitis, además de notar q las piernas no se me cargan... DE VERDAD INCREÍBLE.... Yo tengo un arco plantar MUUUUUY pronunciado. Para poder usar las plantillas se necesita 1 o 2 números más de talla de zapato y DEFORMAN el zapato, ya q en la plantilla la zona del arroces muy ancha y pronunciada y al menos en calzado de mujer, no hay horma tan ancha. Aún así, da igual ES LO MEJOR Q HE USADO. además corrige la pisada, los primeros días notas una molestia considerable en la cadera y los "crocantes"... cuando he usado algún zapato antiguo sin la plantilla, me he dado cuenta de cómo alinea las caderas y seguramente la espalda... GRACIAS a los diseñadores y a los fabricantes... xq además es m asequible... no imagináis lo q he llegado a gastarme para NADA.

Works well in shoes without built-in arch support
These are really comfortable shoe inserts that give a good bit of support. It helps with my overpronation and keeps my ankle in proper alignment. They are comfortable to walk in and I even noticed my back not being sore after standing a while. It might be obvious, but these really don't work well in shoes that already have a good arch support built-in - it's a bit too much! I got the 13-13.5 mens and it fit my 13.5 shoes nicely. Just a hint of space near the toe. I can vouch for the "220+ lbs" part too!
