I love finding products that do what they say they are going to and do not adversely affect the planet. I am not a diehard gung ho kind of save the planet person. However, I do appreciate the beautiful world we get to call home and would like to do my part in not making it worse. With that said, let me introduce you to your new favorite bag of health!Cork is used on so many things now. It isn't just bulletin boards anymore! I have visited a home in Sydney Australia with cork floors. They are beautiful and provide excellent acoustics. I have had so very many adventures with bulletin boards (as a child, my Momma was a teacher) now, as a Momma, I am homeschooling my children.I believe this cork yoga set is right up there with sliced bread! SO COOL... how did we live this long without it!1. It is not manmade2. It is not adding negativity to the current environment3. It is replenishable4. It is soft to the touch5. It is water resistant. (think sweaty hands and feet!!!)I love that it comes all packaged up in this great backpack. This yoga set is COMPLETELY gift-able to that special health nut in your life! It is a grab and go kind of an activity. (Like that really cool picnic set you bought from that big store all those years ago... oh, maybe that is just me!)We are all looking for new and creative ways to keep our bodies and our earth more healthy! This might be something you would like for yourself or your loved ones. Grab your pack and get healthy!

This backpack does offer everything you need for on-the-go yoga or other workouts. I don't do yoga but I workout 5 days a week either at home or somewhere outside. This is great for taking to the beach and/or a grassy area and doing my workout. Here are a few of my thoughts:=> The backpack itself is pretty big, bigger than a standard backpack for sure. This is good for the most part since you can fit so much in it and it has so many compartments, making it very versatile. It opens like a suitcase and I could see using it as a carry on for a short trip. The quality is OK, a little thin, but keeps the backpack itself light, making it easy and comfortable to carry. It should hold up fairly well as long as you don't stuff it too tight or make it too heavy.=> The folding mat is awesome for my purposes. While it is a bit thin, it's still enough to soften a hard surface and is perfect for sand or grass. And, it's very well made so should last a long time. The length is nice (about 7 feet) and the width (1 ft 1 in) is fine for me but it is slightly more narrow than my other mats. I love that you can fold it rather than roll it, making it less cumbersome to store in or out of the backpack. The folds do get in the way of it lying completely flat but this does not interfere with the comfort.=> The towel is great. It's the same size as the mat. I wouldn't say it's soft but it's soft enough and it does absorb as needed. I love the non-slip surface on the bottom side of the towel. Keeps it from moving around on the mat. And, the pouch is perfect, making it easy to put the towel back inside yet still condensed and fitting nicely in the backpack.=> The yoga blocks are perfect. they're nice and dense and seem to be able to withstand a lot of weight on them. It's nice that two are provided.The packing of the contents into the backpack was great on opening it. But more importantly, after using everything, it's easy to fit everything back into the backpack with enough room to spare. Overall, as a travel yoga (in my case workout) bag, this product is great and will get good use.

This is the most amazing set. I was so eager to see how the provided mat worked with being folded up into a square and it was so cool! It’s veryyy large when unfolded, longer than my normal mat for sure. I love the pattern it has on it and while it does have the creases from being folded they come out quick. The blocks are dense and great and the whole set looks so good together, and you could do any posing you’d like with all of this. But then on top of that the backpack itself is incredible! It has such a large capacity in the main compartment, it easily fits all the items it comes with and you could probably fold up a set of clothes in that compartment too. Then there’s the back compartment for a laptop or anything like that. But it also has a front and back pocket, and the back one would be amazing for travel especially since it’s safer back there. It has a strap on the back so you can slide it over a luggage handle. And then after all that you could also roll up your own mat and clip it to the bottom. I was marveling at all the features for a while haha.The quality is amazing. I’m so excited that I could just grab this bag, throw in my laptop, and have a yoga day in the park. Unbelievably useful.

I am so happy to have this yoga set! Not only does it have all the necessary pieces of equipment to set up the new yoga enthusiast for success, but it also comes in an excellent backpack that holds all of the equipment for easy transportation.The set includes the mat, foam bricks, microfiber towel, strap for your yoga mat, and the backpack (which also has bottom straps to carry an additional yoga mat.The majority, if not all components have the ability to fit in the larger compartment, leaving the padded laptop compartment for all of your necessary work items if you’re going in between work and the gym.The items are of good quality, especially for a beginner. You might find you want a new mat after a bit, but the benefits of this one being foldable are a nice option. I’d say this price point is a great way to get a chance to try yoga…if you end up enjoying it, then upgrade. If not, this was worth a try to have all the pieces and parts in one pack.

Als Yoga Anfängerin wollte ich nicht gleich viel Geld für das Zubehör investieren und war daher neugierig das EKE Yoga-Starter-Set auszuprobieren.Der Rucksack ist schon recht groß und sieht live hochwertiger aus als die Produktbilder auf der Verkaufsseite mich vorab befürchten ließen. Seine Oberfläche erinnert mich an eine Art Kunstleder oder zumindest etwas optisch ähnliches. Auf jeden Fall ist es nicht der typische Polyester Stoff den man sonst von den meisten günstigen Rucksäcken kennt, sondern recht stabil. Wasserabweisend ist das Material auch.Man kann den Rucksack liegend wie einen Handgepäckkoffer aufklappen und hat in dem wirklich sehr geräumigen Hauptabteil dann sehr übersichtlich die im Lieferumfang enthaltene Yogamatte, die 2 Yoga-Blöcke, den Gurt und das Yoga-Handtuch direkt griffbereit, ohne erst in einer dunklen Tasche nach einzelnen Sachen wühlen zu müssen. Das finde ich schon sehr praktisch. Zudem hat der Rucksack auch noch kleinere Fächer und sogar ein extra Abteil für Notebook oder Tablet.Die Zubehörteile finde ich für den günstigen Gesamtpreis des Sets qualitativ voll in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht super chic in ihrer Optik. Ich denke als Yoga Anfänger ist man hier auf jeden Fall gut bedient und daher vergebe ich 5 Sterne insgesamt für dieses Set! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hier sind meine drei Vorteile und ein Nachteil, die ich nach der Nutzung des Sets gefunden habe:Vorteile:Umweltfreundliche Yogamatte: Die Kork-Yogamatte ist nicht nur umweltfreundlich, sondern auch super weich und bequem. Sie ist sehr rutschfest und bietet eine stabile Basis für alle Arten von Yogaübungen.Praktischer Yoga-Rucksack: Der Yoga-Rucksack ist perfekt für den Transport von Yoga-Ausrüstung und hat ein separates Fach für Schuhe und einen Gurt für die Yogamatte. Mit verschiedenen Taschen und Fächern ist der Rucksack ein praktisches Accessoire für unterwegs.Kork Yoga Blöcke: Die Yoga-Blöcke sind sehr stabil und lassen sich leicht greifen. Sie sind aus umweltfreundlichem Kork hergestellt und bieten eine hervorragende Unterstützung für Yoga-Übungen.Nachteile:Kein Handtuch im Kit enthalten: Obwohl die Kork-Yogamatte selbst Wasser absorbieren kann, wäre es schön gewesen, ein Handtuch im Kit zu haben, um es während des Trainings auf der Matte zu legen und den Schweiß zu absorbieren.Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Yoga-Set 4 in 1. Es ist perfekt für den umweltbewussten Yogapraktizierenden, der eine komplette Yogaausrüstung benötigt. Der Rucksack ist auch ein Bonus für diejenigen, die gerne ihre Yoga-Ausrüstung mitnehmen, und die Korkmatte und -blöcke sind eine hervorragende Ergänzung für eine stabile und nachhaltige Yogapraxis.

Das Yoga-Starter Set ist genau das richtige für jeden der mit Yoga anfangen will und noch nichts dafür parat hat. Im Set sind nämlich 2 Yogablöcke, eine faltbare Yogamatte, ein Stretch Gürtel, ein Yoga Tuch und natürlich ein passender Rucksack enthalten. Der Rucksack hat genau die richtige Größe, um alle die Sachen verstauen und transportieren zu können. Zusätzlich bietet der Rucksack noch die Funktion eine eigene eingerollte Yogamatte zu befestigen. Die Qualität der einzelnen Sachen ist eher ein Mittelding. Bei den Preis und der Menge darf man aber auch keine höchste Qualität erwarten. Trotzdem bin ich mit den einzelnen Teilen sehr zufrieden. Meiner Meinung nach reicht dies für den Anfang völlig aus, um einen kleinen Einblick zu bekommen, ob Yoga überhaupt zu einem passt ! Mit der Zeit kann man sich dann nach und nach teureres Equipment besorgen und umtauschen. Die Yogamatte finde ich persönlich etwas dünn, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ansonsten bin ich völlig zufrieden mit dem Set und kann es jedem empfehlen.
