Won't come off
Used it around a stelo cgm.Once you remove the protective sheet covering the glue you can easily stretch the patch. It's has a fabric texture (probably polyester or something similar).I had it on for 14 days on the back of my arm and by the end it started to peel around the edges however it was still very solidly attached and survived showers, sleep, workouts, etc. You won't have to worry about it falling off at all. In fact, it's attached so well, I bruised myself a bit pulling it off. So be careful. It also leaves a good amount of glue on your skin. Maybe removing it after a shower helps..

Better than most
These are not perfect but the best we’ve used. With some skin tac, we can usually get our son’s Dexcom to stay on for the full 10 days through daily swimming and playing sports.

Great with Tandem Pump.
I use these and other sympathy brands for my Tandem pump and g7 cgm.It used to be I would pull an infusion set out every 2 month or so, or a cgm not using any type of patches. (Working in tight quarters with lots of places to grabthe tubing.)Since starting to use these I yet to lose an infusion set due to a dropped pump, doorknob catch, or a cart with 600 lbs on it.

Best overlay patches I have found
These are the best and only patches I buy for my son and husband! They both have type 1 diabetes, both have tandem tslim and both have a Dexcom G6. I buy this brand for both the tslim and Dexcom to keep the infusion set and sensor on. We use skin tac before putting them on and a shield over the sensor as well but this product is great! I have them both on subscribe and save! They are okay when used with swimming. Hit and miss really I guess it also depends on how long they are swimming and how hot it is outside but I haven’t found a product to stay while swimming the whole time. In order to remove all of the adhesive we do use an adhesive remover but that is no big deal. I like the perforated backing to make it easier to pull it off of the patch. I wish they came in other colors but my boys like the black (beige kinda looks like a bandage but I get being discreet). LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Recommend!!!Okay so it also would be helpful if the company would put the type of Simpatch (Dexcom, Tslim…) on the package so I don’t have to open the package every time. I have learned to marker it when I get them but it would be nice to just have it on the package.

Amazing product saved me from scrapping my new pump
These tapes are awesome and have been extremely helpful in keeping my Tandem infusion sets in. I started using a Tandem pump in July after 15 years with Medtronic. I love almost everything about the pump, except for the infusion sets. The Tandem set adhesive is garbage (never had this problem with Medtronic), and the sets literally would just fall off every time I showered or bent over. In fact, I went through an entire month's worth of sets in the first 1-2 weeks I had the pump because I couldn't keep a set on for more than a day, sometimes going through multiple in a day. I was ready to throw in the towel and go back to Medtronic and then someone recommended these, thank God. I've never had a set fall or rip out while wearing one of these tapes. I like that they're fabric and thick, but not too thick, and they're also a little bit stretchy which helps so much when trying to get a good fit around the hard plastic nub on the infusion set. The stretch also means that it doesn't get tight or pull away from the skin if I bend over and my skin stretches, which is a HUGE deal because I've had many sites, even Medtronic, just pop right out from this in the past.Despite having such good sticking power, they never hurt to pull off or leave irritated skin like some of the tapes that I use to keep my Dexcom adhered do. If I could change anything about them, I'd say that a smaller/thinner size option might be nice for when I want to wear an infusion set somewhere visible like on my arm. And different designs would be fun, but I'll take functionality over more design options any day of the week. This is overall just a really solid product that took me from the point of tears over my sites not staying in, to being able to continue using this system which is having a great impact on my blood sugar. I highly recommend.

Meh - Decent Adhesion
The SIMPATCH is decent but not without its issues. It sticks well on the first day, but by day two, it starts to tatter and peel, especially with sweat or activity. Also, it’s frustratingly difficult to peel the backing off when applying, which makes the process more time-consuming than it should be. It’s comfortable at first, but don’t expect it to last for several days. It works fine for short-term use, but there are better options for long-lasting adhesion.
