With Drangonshield taking a dive in quality, these are now the best of the best. They shuffle smooth, edges do not grab whatsoever. No splitting either.

Quality has always been excellent and the shuffle feel is above other brands even after some time of use. If I had some complaint it would be the lack of color variety and how hard is to find them sometimes.

I am using the Katana sleeves alongside the Dragon Shield (unsealed) inner sleeves, and they fit very well. While I did order the clear sleeves which typically are quite slick, the katanas have little bit more grip to them, but not significantly more, and the cards will slide around a decent bit still.They are tight, making it quite difficult to get the Dragon Shield inners all the way down. On many occasions, while trying to get them in the car would push a little out the bottom of the card and I had to take it back out and try again. I ended up using some tweezers to ensure the inner sleeves did not slide up, which I would not recommend as it obviously risks damaging the cards.While there are some minor issues with the sleeves, I would still recommend them because they fit inner sleeves very well, the top of the sleeve does not stay agape with the inner sleeve inserted like some of the other sleeves that I have.The experience may be different with the opaque/matte-backed sleeves.If I were to buy again, I would likely purchase opaque/matte back sleeves.

This is a great sleeve for shuffling. I bought for MTG commander, very smooth and easy to handle.

Estuve buscando estas micas por sus comentarios positivos por todos lados. Tolarian Community College, principalmente, las pone como las mejores del mercado actualmente, justo a la par de Dragon Shield.Luego de obtenerlas finalmente puedo decir, que sí, son de lo mejor que hay en el mercado.Personalmente, las prefiero sobre las DS, simplemente porque se sienten igual de duraderas, pero no quedan tan gruesas. Son un poco más justas y la sensación al barajar tipo mash, es fenomenal. El único aspecto donde DS supera a Ultimate Guard, es en la variedad de colores disponible, pero nada más.Sin embargo, he de decir que estas micas me recordaron un producto anterior que solía ser el mejor del mercado; las KMC Hyper Mat, antes del cambio de fórmula que bajó la calidad del producto. Sin lugar a dudas las Katana son la reencarnación de aquellas micas que eran indiscutidamente las mejores del mercado. Lograr emular a la perfección ese producto es en sí un gran lorgo, con el extra de que UG ofrece más variedad de colores.El único detalle, es la poca disponibilidad que hay en México de conseguirlas. Si las encuentran a precio menor a $290 aquí en amazon, ni lo duden. Al contrario, si están sobre los $300, me iría por las DS o incluso, por las Hyper Mat con empaque dorado, que están muy, muy cerca de sentirse como las KMC de antaño (y por ende, de estas UG).Las mejores micas del mercado, sin lugar a dudas. Elegir entre estas o las DS es una cuestión de gustos y disponibilidad, porque en precio están en rango similar y de la calidad ni hablar, ambas son extraordinarias.
