Original Review: potty held up very well when used as a potty, but it shattered into about a hundred different pieces and collapsed under my husband (weighs less than 300lbs) when he tried to use it as a stool to reach something on the roof of our car. The bags that come with it are very sturdy. We wish we knew how to buy more bags, that's how much we liked the bags. It comes with a very nice carry case also. Unfortunately, we are unable to return the item (what's left of it) because we just exceeded the "return by" date about a week ago. We did report the issue to desertcart, because the website claims this item can be used as a stool up to 400lbs, and it obviously can't be used as a stool and is unsafe. I'm just glad my husband wasn't seriously injured when it shattered and collapsed while he was standing on it. It is reasonably comfortable to sit on as a toilet, considering it's a small portable potty. We are sad that it broke and will be looking for another one with a safer design that will be less likely to collapse, as that gave us a scare.
