This company supplied me, through the good offices of Amazon, an EPABX. From the first day the unit did not work and the helpline number given offers no assistance whatsoever and categorically states that they have no technicians and therefore cannot send anybody to rectify whatever is wrong. Their only suggestion is that I should contact Amazon and return the piece.
