Small size, powerful processor, tons of memory and drive space, and Windows 11 Pro. Setup was a snap. It runs quiet, and I think I may have noticed the fan noise 1 time. While having adequate ports on the back, one improvement would be to move one of the USB C ports to the front. Having a USB A, USB C, & headphone connection on the front would make this perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stable *by L***N on September 8, 2024* fast works good ### ⭐ Bad product no customer support *by L***A on July 10, 2025* I have had this computer less than 1 year. I came home and it completely stopped working and would not power up. I have tried to contact a customer service representative with no response, a company from china. I have taken in for repair and the cost to repair is $380, more than half the cost of the PC. The certified repair person has verified that there was no water damage and the damage was from a faulty mother board. Don’t buy from this company.
