Simple installation steps (1) Turn off the printer. Open the front cover of the printer. Press the release button and pull out the ink cartridge drawer. (2) Grasp the handle of the used cartridge and pull the cartridge straight up to remove it from the printer. (3) Unpack the new toner cartridge. Grasp both ends of the cassette and gently shake the cassette from side to side to evenly distribute the toner in the cassette. (4) Lay the cartridge on a flat surface and pull out the seal at the end of the cartridge (do not pull at an angle) (5) Remove and discard the drum guard from the new cartridge. CAUTION: Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not touch the green roller. (6) Insert the new cassette into the cassette. Match the cartridge color to the color labels on the drawer and slide the print cartridge drawer into the printer (7) Close the front cover. Turn on the printer.
