They are very easy to use and I'll probably never go back to buying the giant jugs of liquid. They may cost judge a smidge more, but I do think they are worth it. I took these with us when we traveled to Oregon so I wouldn't have to spend more while out there and they never had any issues with spilling or popping. I've never seen any left over residue on any of the clothing, so they dissolve great. I did notice that when you leave a bag open for a month they start to get a little stiff.
