Best price and great quality.

I cannot get rice flour any better priced near me. It came fast and was in great packaging. It works up beautifully and is very finely milled. It was perfect for the osmanthas and lavender rice cakes I made.

Behaves more like Mica Powder than any type of flour I have ever seen.

Works, but its very powdery and hard to shake out of my confectioners shaker. But leaves no taste on my breads and a LOT came in the package.
