I have been wearing this during the day for the past two days. It definitely supports the muscles in the upper arm. I am hoping that they will heal up a bit faster using this brace. I found it a bit hard to adjust the straps alone so it takes a bit of time to get it right and comfortable. I was on the upper size limit, but I ordered the small. Works good.

Does not stay in place very well, when playing sports. It can work if not doing a lot with your hands/arms

Arrived promptly only wore it for a few hours. Can't say if it will last. Seems ok. Could not find one in stores so this option was great

I got this for my brother and it didn't fit. We measured his Upper arm it was right at that 13 mark. I think it could work but be warned it runs small.

I am now able to play my favorite sports after tearing my bicep tendon.

This product works well for what I need it for, you do need to adjust it once during the day but it's not a big deal for me.

So many things I couldn't do cause of the pain. Always scared to hurt it again. Racked my 7000 sf yard without any pain or discomfort. Have 17" arm so purchased a Small. Medium would be easier to attach velcro.
