Very intuitive and accurate
Bought this baby a few weeks ago and have now tested all it's functions. Perhaps it was just luck, but the one I received was very well calibrated, intuitive and easy to use. The scope probes are excellent and can be used in several ways. Pinpoint probes are about 3' long and high quality. Take into account the stray inductance and capacitance can cause errors when measuring higher frequencies and capacitors. That's the good 5 star part. Now for the issues:The X-Y mode works, but only for around 20 kiHz and higher. At first I thought there was something wrong with it until I increased the generator frequency. I needed X-Y that would work around 20 Hz to 2 kHz, it's useless for that.Next is the waveform generator choice of connector. They should have used a BNC or SMA, instead they used MCX type. These are great for RF/microwave use. Unfortunately, they are delicate, easily damaged. Not shown in pics, a cable with MCX to clips is supplied. Amazon has a BNC-F to MCX-M adapter 2 for $7. Still wobbly and easy to break the MCX connector.I used 2 washers between the bottom of the adapter and the case. Still not sturdy enough. Epoxy turned out to be the solution that is sturdy enough. I used the steel filled type. See pics below. The waveform generator produces very good looking signals, square wave has fast rise time about 20 nS. The output is not centered around "0," the bottom of the wave = "0". It's centered at 1/2 the peak. That's because the amplifier is DC coupled. Just use a capacitor in series. The actual output frequency is low, 1kHz =993.4 Hz, at 1 MHz it's 993.4 kHz.On the side, the multimeter connections have non-standard spacing. It measures about 0.63", standard is 0.7" so plastic dual banana to BNC-F won't fit. I had the all metal adapter shown in the pics below. I drilled a hole in it to attach the ground pin. Works great for when you want to use a shielded cable.I tried to do the firmware update. Downloaded it and copied it to the correct folder in the device. It is supposed to automatically update next time it's turned on. It' still on V1.11.In multimeter mode, measuring ACV should display the frequency in smaller font near the voltage. For it's size and price, overall a good buy. I'll be keeping it and using it often.

Amazing Tool - Stupid Inexpensive
First try out of the box, checking CDI module output on an Suzuki SV650: Good rear cylinder (Aqua), bad front cylinder (Blue). Image storage function is FANTASTIC. Shows trace history, documenting intermittent operation, explaining why the bike runs badly, rather than not at all. My old $20,000 Tektronix scope is now up for sale. Have not even tried the multimeter or signal generator functions yet. The scope function is easily worth the price of admission. Caution: I have been a EE for 50 years. Using this scope was pretty easy for me. If you do not know how to use an oscilloscope, you will be frustrated. The instructions are comically sparse. Buy a scope training book to go with it if you are a newbie.

Feature light, but an excellent value!
I'm an auto tech and been using this for a few months now. I gave it five stars for being an incredible value. It's a bit light on features compared to more robust portable scopes and scan tools. That said, it's worth it just for the graphing multimeter capability alone. The scope features are generally good enough to identify any problems, or at least get to where you might need a better tool for a deep dive. Very compact and portable, and long battery life. Works well with many of the available multimeter lead and back probe sets available separately. No regrets! The attached video is a coil primary pattern showing some defects.

Very handy to have for basic testing.
Works pretty good for general testing and measuring. I took off one star because you cannot use the signal generator and the scope at the same time. You can only get a square wave for calibration but you cannot adjust it, this is a pretty big limitation. I have found it very handy for quick measurements on the go. The quality seems pretty good and it looks great, the screen is clear and I like the touch screen. The auto features seem to work good for basic usage. The battery makes it very portable.

2C53P 3 in 1 Upgrade is worth the price.
I must be one of the first people to review the 2C53P upgrade. It was on sale at Amazon for $140 with a $30 off coupon. It came with a fantastic hard shell case, which I was not expecting, and the latest firmware version 1.8.2.2. They also fixed the spelling of Function as you can see in the photo, and the touch screen at this price point is unbelievable. All in all I think this little scope is the coolest thing I've seen in a long time. Every function I've tried has worked flawlessly and the touchscreen makes it fast and easy to work with. After ordering it, I watched so many videos on YouTube that by the time it arrived I didn't need the owner's manual which does suck.Kerry Wong on YouTube did a review on the older version that pointed out some of its shortcomings such as not displaying amplitude or frequency modulation correctly. Kerry does great reviews, but to be honest I have never even seen amplitude or frequency modulation on an oscilloscope since I'm just a hobbyist. It has done everything I've wanted to do quick and easy, and for only $110. I think all these handheld oscilloscopes are incredible but the touch screen on this one really sets it apart. Powerful
In a time not too long ago, a dual channel osciliscope, waveform generator and multimeter would be bulky and may or may not be portable. I'm impressed. For giggles, I verified the unit based on my known bench standards and came away pleased with the results. Yes, there were some minor variations here and there, but nothing to write home about. A good tool for the bench for sure! The feel of unit seems to be built well, but may have some issues in dusty or dirty environments, a downside of touchscreens. Not sure how the unit would survive being dropped on a hard floor, I need to be careful using it in the field. The manual for the unit is a bit lacking, however, with my background and playing with it for a few minutes filled in the blanks. The only downside for me was thickness of the unit, thinner would fit in the hand better. In conclusion, overall I think it is a good value for the money and hopefully I receive many years of service. Enjoy!

No support product not built to last
Worked great but channel one on the oscilloscope failed after about a year. And unfortunately the product support window is only 3 months.Other then it failing so quickly it was a fantastic meter, if the support was better I would give this product 5 stars

Function generator is useless
The function generator does not retain setting when you switch to oscilloscope to view the waveform, which made it [the function generator] basically useless. The support forum said you could revert to an older firmware, as this was caused by an update. You need a windows pc to do that. But for me that says their software developers don't understand how this tool is used, so I have no confidence in future updates.. dmm was great, but for the price everything needs to be great...
