Yes!!!! I tried batik by melting wax on the stove. It caught fire. I used a towel to try and put it out. The towel caught fire...true story. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I sat at my work station and made beatiful flowers. Thank you.

I have one of these tools that I have had for 20 years, it’s held up well. I purchased a 2nd brand new tool as a back up, and decided to use it. The “spout” leaked wax like there was no stopper in it at all. I tried using the old stopper, thinking that would solve the problem. Wax continued to run out. I called the company regarding this issue, and the woman that I spoke with was rude and blamed me for the problem, she said that I damaged it and they’d do nothing about it. It’s a good tool of you get one that works, I wouldn’t waste the money tbh, just buy regular the dip style and avoid the hassle.
