Love, love, love this product. Have been eating it for years - I also give it as a gift! Dulse is a sea vegetable that doesn't taste too salty. It has a slightly chewy texture and can be cut up in salads or in sandwhiches or just eaten as a snack as is. The pieces are about 2-4 inches long and about 1-2 inches wide, so easy to bend and munch on. It gives a nice tang to other foods and goes well in soups, especially Miso. I just ike to snack on it. It gives a slight boost when I get a little dehydrated. It has a slightly green, slightly salty and slighty nutty flavor and it's sort of chewy. It's different than other seaweed products, but if you like sushi, you'll love this. I never feel bloated or "salty" when I eat it. Even my doctor says it's great! Something to note is that this is an employee owned farm in Maine. They really do take pride in their product and practice ethical sustainabiity and conservation, farming the product just off the northern coast of Maine. Beyond the great taste and benefits of it, I like that I am supporting their business too. Just sayin! :-))

Great product. I have given it four stars purely because it would be great if it was a little cheaper.

Delicious and good quality dried dulse keeps our iodine intake up to par. You can eat a leaf or two straight out of the package. Also delicious sliced into ribbons and added to soups or stir fries. Not as salty tasting as the dulse flakes (we like the whole leaves better for this reason.) Love this product!
