I love this mirror! 1. It was incredibly easy to mount (I mounted on a stud). 2. I love that it is double sided for 2 different magnifying settings (one normal and one up close). 3. It is easy to recharge. I mounted it next to my bathroom sink that has an outlet nearby so it is convenient to recharge the light. No faults whatsoever with this mirror!

The screws attached to the mounting plate were too long for the caps that screw on to hold the mirror to the wall. I had to add hex screws so the mirror would be mounted securely. In addition the screws supplied to moount to wall were wood screws.....drywall mounting would have been more convenient

The media could not be loaded. Going to be difficult to remove to repair, have to buy a slim 6mm wrench to reach in and tighten the nut so the set screw can be removed. Will have to repair the wall now too. Past return date because we were accumulating things for our new house and how do you reach out to them(miroamz) for parts?

The media could not be loaded. And, honestly, I'm not surprised. It looks like a garbage welding job. The packaging was intact and not beat up either. I think the paint was all that was holding it together and with how heavy the mirror part is, it was only a matter of time before the arm broke with movement and use. I'm throwing a few stars on because the surviving mirror is pretty awesome. Three dimming options!
