These are super easy to use. Easy instructions. Convenient case. I've been noticing lately as I've started a new medication that I'm grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw, esp while I'm sleeping. I thought I'd give these a shot. They're great! Not too bulky. No weird taste or smell. Molds to your mouth no problem. And the price point is awesome. Much better than getting custom from my dentist.
